Traffic exchanges are still the most used source of advertising
on the net for any one who is not a real professional at internet marketing.
Even the so called guru,s who claim that you do not have to click, click ,click are no doubt using traffic exchanges as you see thier ads on the traffic exchanges almost every time you click on a new page.
Here is a traffic exchange I am sure you have no doubt heard of and maybe even tried and its called ( Traffic Swarm ) I joined several years ago but did not seem to do any good with it because I did not understand it.
Later I tried it again and just by accident found out how I could get it to work for me, and since then I have gotten dozens of sign ups to different programs that I have promoted.
Traffic swarm is member competitive, who ever has the most credits in thier account will get thier site seen the most.
For instance if you have surfed for a couple of hours and build your credits to 500 you think your site should get 500 hits, Right? thats not how it works, if you want to make it work you need to build your credits up to about 8000 or more then activate the url you want to promote, you will get 800 to a 1000 hits in a day, run it for two days or so a week, not any more because your credits will go down to where your site is not being seen much and will become dull and taken for granted.
And it is hard to build the credits back up. flood the internet with your page for a couple of days then take it off until the next week, let surfers wonder about it.
