RALPH A. LAWRENCE
Ralph is a retired minister, having served in the United Methodist Church for over 55 years. He was a youth minister at Kennebunk, Maine and has served 6 parishes (Shoshone/Richfield, Idaho Falls St. Paul's, Nyssa, Portland Pioneer, Payette, and Meridian) and as a District Superintendent in the Oregon-Idaho Conference. In addition, he has served as interim pastor for a Church of the Brethren and several United Methodist congregations. An Idaho native, he graduated from Caldwell High School, Albertson College of Idaho, and Boston University School of Theology. He received a BA in Business Administration, an MDiv. in theological studies, and the DD (Doctor of Divinity, Hon.) degree.
He and wife Audrey have a combined family of eight children, 19 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. They are both on staff at First United Methodist Church, Cathedral of the Rockies, Audrey as Pastoral Care Visitor, and Ralph as Assistant Pastor.
Ralph's interests include model aviation, domestic U.S. and international travel, high school and college alumni activity, genealogy, computers, photography, and attending plays, Broadway musicals and symphony concerts.

He is a retired clergy member of the Oregon-Idaho Conference of the United Methodist Church, and is also a member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR), the Denison Society, and the Academy of Model Aeronautics.

During his career he was involved with several service clubs, including Rotary, Optimist, Kiwanis, Toastmasters, and Chamber of Commerce. Ralph and Audrey have traveled extensively to many countries of the world, and have visited many church-related missions, as well as numerous cultural and historical sites. In relation to this travel, Ralph is owner/CEO of Classic International Journeys (CIJ), a company that organizes group tours to domestic USA and international destinations.
