ATTENTION FELLOW JEWS
The suicide bombing and murder that occurred at Ben Yehuda St. in West Jerusalem, Israel on Thursday, September 4, 1997 and the suicide bombing and murder that occurred at a market in West Jerusalem, Israel on Wednesday July 30, 1997 would never have happened if only we Jews were the majority of the population of Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, and East Jerusalem without in any way killing and/or displacing any Arabs and we Jews would have become the majority of the population of Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, and East Jerusalem without in any way killing and/or displacing any Arabs if only (1)the non-religious Jewish settlements of Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, and East Jerusalem, including Nili (located in the Binyamin region of Judea), did not deny me (who am a non-religious American Jewish man who believes in G-d, was born of both a Jewish mother and a Jewish father, does not practice any religion other than Judaism, even in part, was born and raised in New York City, NY, USA, and still lives in New York City, NY, USA), any other fellow non-religious American Jew, or any other fellow non-religious Jew the right to live in all non-religious Jewish settlements in Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, and East Jerusalem, including Nili, forever simply because I, any other fellow non-religious American Jew, or any other fellow non-religious Jew has no job anywhere in Eretz Yisrael, is in any other way unable to pay the rent in a Jewish settlement, has never been a student of a yeshiva, or for any other reason and (2)The Israeli Government and the Jewish Agency for Israel had not denied me, any other fellow American Jew, or any other fellow Jew an immigrant's visa to Israel in the first place!
In January 1979, the shaliach at the Israel Aliyah Center (a part of the Jewish
Agency) in New York City, NY, USA refused to give me approval of aliyah and
therefore denied me an immigrant's visa to Israel, with the excuse he gave
me being because I have no college degree and no job skills thus, I cannot
get a job in Israel and therefore, in the shaliach's words, I "would be a
burden to Israel". In September of 1979, the Kibbutz Aliyah Desk (also a
part of the Jewish Agency) in New York City, NY, USA also denied me aliyah,
telling me that based on the information at their disposal, they are unable
to accept me to any of their programs and that the guidelines of the kibbutz
movements leave them no choice. I asked the Kibbutz Aliyah Desk what is the
information on me that they have at their disposal and what are the
guidelines of the kibbutz movements but they refused to tell me in order so
that I would have feedback to correct myself in order so that I would
deserve to get accepted. On Wednesday July 21, 1982, the Jewish Agency
official told me in person at the Jewish Agency office in
17 Kaplan St. Tel Aviv, Israel that if I were to go to the Israeli Ministry
of the Interior and apply for an immigrant's certificate to Israel, the
Israeli Ministry of the Interior will deny me an immigrant's certificate to
Israel because I am rejected by the Jewish Agency and if I do not leave
Israel of my own accord, I would get literally thrown out of Israel. Even
though this official lives in a Jewish settlement in Judea named Tekoa, and
thus he is a right-winger like me, he nevertheless refuses to give me
approval of aliyah, with his excuse being because I have no college degree
and no job skills thus I cannot get a job in Israel and therefore, in his
words "there is nothing for me in Israel" therefore, this official refuses to
empathise with me who, like him, objects to the notion of "land for peace" .
In 1989, the Consulate General of Israel in New York told me over the
telephone that they refuse to give an immigrant's visa to Israel to any
fellow Jew who does not have approval of aliyah from the Jewish Agency. On
June 18, 1996, I wrote a letter to then Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin
Netanyahu begging him to use his authority as Prime Minister of Israel to
overturn the denial to me of an immigrant's visa to Israel but then Head of
the Prime Minister's Bureau sent me a letter dated July 24,
1996 telling me that all the contents of my letter of June 18, 1996 have
been noted but the letter did not say whether or not then Prime Minister
Netanyahu will help me.
I read the Law of Return and it is nowhere written in the Law of Return that
an immigrant's visa to Israel can be denied to a fellow Jew who was born and
raised in the USA and still lives in the USA simply because he has no
college degree, has no job skills, has no job in Israel, cannot get a job in
Israel, is not a student of any kind of school, has no money, has no
relatives in Israel, has no place to stay in Israel (even temporarily), does
not know Hebrew, and/or has never been in any country's military. Since I am not involved in any anti-Jewish activity, do not go around beating people up, have never committed a crime in my life, am born of both a Jewish mother and a Jewish father (as evidenced by my parents' Orthodox Jewish ketubah), and do not practice any religion other than Judaism, even in part, there is therefore no just cause whatsoever under the Law of Return to deny me an immigrant's visa to Israel. Furthermore, everything that the Jewish Agency for Israel says about me and everything that the Israeli Government says about me are 100% untrue and/or do not meet any of those conditions under the Law of Return under which a fellow Jew can or must be denied an immigrant's visa to Israel. Please also read the Law of Return at http://www.israel.org/mfa/go.asp?MFAH00kp0
Thus, won't some fellow Jews please accordingly (1)write up a petition (including an electronic, web-based Internet petition) to the Prime Minister of Israel, the Interior Minister of Israel, the rest of the Israeli Government, the Knesset, and the Jewish Agency for Israel demanding that all of them overturn the denial of an immigrant's visa to Israel to me, all other fellow American Jews, and all other fellow Jews, (2)sign this petition, (3)have this petition signed by all of our fellow Jews in Judea, in Samaria, in the Gaza Strip, in the Golan Heights, in East Jerusalem, in the rest of Eretz Yisrael, in the USA, and in the rest of the world, and (4)raise charity in order to create jobs in Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, and East Jerusalem plus all other things that are necessary in order to make aliyah for me, all other fellow American Jews, and all other fellow Jews in order so that we Jews will become the majority of the population of Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, and East Jerusalem in order to bring security to the Jewish population of these areas, the rest of Eretz Yisrael, and all fellow Jews who live in the rest of the world and so that "land for peace" will therefore not happen in the first place? Please accommodate my aliyah according to my religious level. I am willing to do any honest job in Eretz Yisrael, even volunteer work in Eretz Yisrael. I do not have a college degree, do not have any job skills, do not have a job in Eretz Yisrael, am not a student of any kind of school, have no relatives in Eretz Yisrael, have no place to live in Eretz Yisrael (even temporarily), have no money, do not know Hebrew, and have never been in any country's military. I also request that lawyers who are licensed to practice in Israel and are able to handle all matters in regards to the Law of Return please take my aliyah case, all other fellow American Jews' aliyah cases, and all other fellow Jews' aliyah cases for free (at least because I cannot afford a lawyer) in order so that no so-called "Palestinian" state will be created in the first place. I have been working at my current job with the US Postal Service since March 8, 1986. I am willing to live and work in Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, East Jerusalem, and the rest of Eretz Yisrael. Please sponsor me to make aliyah in at least the same degree as people who are not Jewish are sponsored to move to the USA, live in the USA forever, and be made into American citizens.
