- Is everything on the site really free?
There is NO charge for any item listed at Pumpkins Freebies. There are no items that
require any shipping and handling fees or any self-addressed-stamped-envelopes.
ALL offers are verified to ensure they really are totally free before they are listed.
Sometimes, offers will change after it has been listed. If you are ever asked for any
kind of payment, please let us know and we will remove the offer immediately.
- How do I request a free item that I want?
Pumpkins Toll-Free Phone Freebies - just call the Toll-Free Number...
They are listed in front of each offer. Remember to dial the "1" first.
All 800 - 888 - 877 - 866 phone numbers listed are Toll-Free.
Not all Toll-Free numbers will work in all areas. This is why there
are sometimes more than one number listed for an offer.
PumpkinsTwo Website Freebies - just click on the Link Words...
They are listed in front of each offer. Then, just follow their directions.
This usually requires filling in a form or sending an e-mail request.
Please do not e-mail freebie requests to Pumpkins.
Pumpkins does not send out the free items. We list places that do.
- What do the explanations at the end of the listings mean?
These are meant to give you some basic information that you may need to know,
if asked, when you are requesting an item.
Examples:
(from their website) - means the offer was seen on that company's website.
(x234) - is a telephone extension number, which may be required.
(in People) - is the name of the publication where the offer was seen.
(US/Canada only) - some offers are restricted to certain areas.
(#asb56) - is the item number or style number, which may be required.
- What do I say if I am asked where I heard of the freebie?
Follow the explanation at the end of the listing. If there is none, it's usually best to say
a friend, relative or neighbor told you about it. This usually prevents a lot of questions.
It's OK to say you "saw it on the internet" or at "Pumpkins Freebies", but then you
may be asked for more information.
- How do I know which offers are the newest?
Newest offers are always added to the top of each list on each page. Due to the quantity
of new offers added every day, new offers go directly into their appropriate categories.
Pumpkins does not maintain a "new" freebies page.
- What do I do when I get a "file not found" or other error message, or I am told "it's over"?
Use the "Report Bad Links" or "Report Bad Numbers" Links at the top of every page.
Please fill-in the name of the item and the name of the page it appears on, then "send".
All reports are handled promptly.
- How often is Pumpkins Freebies updated?
Pumpkins Freebies is updated EVERY day, all throughout the day, seven days a week.
Freebies are added all throughout the day, not just once per day. If you do not see any
new items added to any particular page on any given day, it does not mean that this page
hasn't been updated. This merely means there have not been any new items found yet
for that page or category.
You can check the date of the latest update by referring to the Home Page. If you are not
seeing today's date, then you need to "refresh" or "reload" your page. You may want to
set your browser to automatically refresh every page. This is highly recommended.
- Why doesn't Pumpkins have a lot of graphics and advertisements?
Graphics are kept to a minimum.
Pumpkins is committed to bringing you quick-loading pages
that are up-to-date and easy-to-navigate.
Banner Ads are kept to a minimum. Please, help us to keep it that way.
Visit our sponsor's sites by clicking on their Banner Ads.
- Why are the Phone Freebies and Website Freebies listed on separate sites?
Some people prefer to order items over the internet. Some people prefer calling.
Although some items are repeated on both sites, there will definitely be items that are
unique to each site. Many people like to print out the Phone Freebies list to use later or
even take to work or give to friends.
A word of caution when printing lists:
These offers expire quickly and are removed from the website.
If your printed list is not new, you may be trying to call expired offers.
