Life Coach Christina
Hello and Welcome,
My Name is Christina and I am a Certified Life Coach and member of I.A.C. (International association of Coaches).
For those of you who do not know what a Life Coach is, basically a Life coach will speak to you over the phone, in person or through chat and work with you on your main concern or problem area in life. For example, you could be having problems getting over your divorce so you may come to me for divorce recovery. Perhaps you are in a relationship and are having difficulties and need help, together we would look at the relationship, what is causing the problems and we would set goals to attain to make decisions on what to do or change about the relationship. If you are unhappy in your career, we could explore your strengths and set goals to either advance or change your career. If you suffer from low self-esteem we could work on building more self-esteem.
As your life coach, my job is to help motivate you to get you where you want to be in life to be happy again.
