Sub: Reducing Sugar Losses in Bagasse.. –Reg.
You may be aware that your Sugar mill is loosing considerable sugar in milling through Bagasse. The Recorded Bagasse Pol % it self is around 2.5%+. Unrecordedly it may be Much more. There appears to be a wide gap as seen from technical reports between Recorded Pol% cane to that available really in cane.
With incorporation of “ EXPELLER” designed by us on your mills, we are confident to Reduce your Sugar Losses in Bagasse to a level Below 1.50% POL(as against 2.5% or more) and contribute for additional recovery of Sugar up to 0.30% straight and reduction of latent losses buy about another 0.20% minimum, which means a Recovery Gain of 0.50% minimum equivalent to USD 3/ M.T. Of Sugar cane Crushed. A benefit of USD 3 Millions For every Million tones of Sugar cane crushed in your Mill.
