LETTER TO OUR READERS

WANTED:(PRAYER PARTNERS) God has instructed us to write and ask for partners and intercessors to pray for and help support the Prophetic
Connections Ministry. Please write us a letter or send an e-mail to acknowledge that you will be standing with us in the days and months ahead. Some of you are already aware that we are also involved in other ministries as well. We produce the All About Jeus Newsletter with poems, teaching and prophecy. Also we sponsor a Teen's Scene outreach to the youths of this nation with a Hot Links for Christian Teens and many other spiritual and educational resources. Everyone who writes and acknowledges that they wish to become prayer partners with this ministry will receive a Partnership Pledge Certificate as a small token of our appreciation. Please send your prayer requests when you write and we will intercede on your behalf during our daily prayer time.

God Will Answer

God never sleeps or slumbers
He is eternally awake
He always knows what we need
And will do right for our sake

When we ask Him for something
Especially according to His Will
He knows He can't deny us
So rejoice and be still

God Hears Us

Luke 11: 5-10, And He said to them, "Which of you shall have a friend, and go to him at midnight and say to him, 'Friend, lend me three loaves; for a friend of mine has come to me on his journey, and I have nothing to set before him'; and he will answer from within and say, 'Do not trouble me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give to you'? I say to you, though he will not rise and give to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence he will rise and give him as many as he needs. "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened".

Note: Part Two

A neighbor is asking his friend (at midnight) to wake up and give him bread to give to a friend that came to visit. So the request is not for himself but for a friend. The one who is being awakened refuses his friend because his whole family will wake up if he does this and it would become a great inconvenience. But the persistent friend will not accept no for an answer and eventually gets what he asked for. Jesus is using this story to emphasis that if we are putting our faith and trust in a friend to give us what we need we should absolutely expect to see our prayers answered from God. When we continue to ask we will receive, seek we will eventually find it and when we continue to knock the door will eventually open. Of course we know that God is not like man and He does not feel inconvenienced if we ask Him for something. He assures us again that if men who are evil will eventually answer requests of other men just to get them out of their hair, how much more will God who is good and gets pleasure when we ask and gladly gives us all things not to get us out of His hair because God loves communication from us. God knows when we are in need and He is more than willing and able to answer. Sometimes prayer will be answered right away but there are times we will have to wait a while but it does not mean we give up. The question is will we trust God while we are asking, seeking and knocking? It gives God such pleasure when we don't give up because we are showing Him that we are putting our trust in Him. If we give up we are demonstrating that we don't trust God or believe His Word. Living a life of faith is what pleases God and when God is pleased with us He is limitless. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in Jesus Name knowing that all my requests that are before You are in the making of being answered in Your time and in Your way. I know according to Your Word in 1 John 5:14-15 that You have already heard me and knowing this I am patiently waiting for Your answers whether they are yes, no or wait. Thank You Lord for always being there for me and hearing me tell You things that I cannot tell anyone else. Lord You are my safe place. In Jesus Name, Amen

Invitation:

If you are reading this and searching for the truth you have found Him. Jesus is truth. Acknowlege and admit you are a sinner, repent and put your trust in Him. Romans 10:9-11 says: that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame."

Congratulations, please contact us and let us know how we can help you in your new walk with God.

You Cannot Serve God and Mammon

“You cannot serve God and mammon. Why is it, says the Lord that men lay up treasures on this earth and take stock in the practices and procedures of men that are worthless and have no value in the heavenly realm? I have spoken, says the Lord and said lay up your treasures in heaven where moth does not eat and rust does not corrupt. Yes multitudes have ignored My Word, says the Lord and put their trust in the arm of the flesh. Even those, says the Lord, who are among My people, have sought refuge in riches and trust in their accounts instead of trusting My Name, says the Lord. There is shaking, says the Lord that has taken place and it has been felt around the world and there are many who’s hearts are beginning to fail for fear because they do not trust in Me says the Lord. But I Am still the same, says the Lord. I Am the same, says the Lord, yesterday, today and forever. And I Am able to deliver, says the Lord, all those who call upon My Name. There is no circumstance, says the Lord that is too severe that I cannot intervene and bring a solution to the problem.
There are those, says the Lord, in this nation and the Church who so easily have cast aside their first love and are looking backward, toward their financial situation instead of looking forward to My plan and purpose for their lives. They have placed their own personal security before My plan of salvation. How is it, says the Lord that you can even think of exalting to power a man who has turned his face around against the values that are spoken of in My Word? How is it says the Lord that you can turn your back on righteous men and women who seek to bring a change for the good in this land that I have given you? Repent, says the Lord and turn your face once again unto Me. Repent, says the Lord and turn your trust toward your Creator and your Savior God. Repent, says the Lord and humble yourselves down and I will forgive your sins and lift you up. This is what the Lord is saying.
