Slide Zone offers its apologies to Kathy Garver and to Dan Wakefield for lack of pics from their respective events with us. Kathy was an absolute delight. She gave a talk about growing up Hollywood, hosted a Q&A, and signed autographs. She later joined my family for Father's Day dinner, quite a memorable experience for the restaurant, especially the cook who was a big fan! The waitress took Kathy back to the kitchen to surprize him. Everyone in the dining area heard his reaction! We also would like to thank Schlotzsky's Deli for feeding us Kathy's first night in town.

Dan Wakefield gave a wonderful talk for us at Barnes and Noble. He hosted Q&A and, of course, did a book signing. Barnes and Noble brought out copies of every Wakefield book so Dan was kept quite busy. He is always a wonderful guest!
