As a locally concerned friend, neighbor, and parent, I have witnessed with you the impact of the recent devastating fires in our area. This has not only affected us at home and at work but has also touched the lives of our children in their schools.
Because of this I was concerned about the state of my own home, not what I could see, but what I could not see. As a licensed electrician and years of experience in the residential and commercial maintenance fields I am well qualified to inspect any home. After some research and education I have tested and become a AHIT Nationally Certified Home Inspector to best offer the information I have acquired to you. As a home inspector I have found that I am able to introduce the latest technology used to help prevent and proactively reduce many risks previously unidentified in an inspection. Infrared imaging allows me to not only be able to report the visible safety hazards and areas of concern in your home, but also areas hidden behind walls and cover-ups.
This technology allows insight into electrical concerns and potential fire hazards, but also locates areas of heating or cooling loss in your home and possible insect damage and water leaks or history of damage before they become disastrous to you. Using this information you will be able to make more accurate decisions and prioritize needs to make your home a safe place for your family and more energy efficient, hopefully saving you money.
