Steps to follow
When you decide to entrust your doubtful debts to us, you should send us as soon as possible:
1/ Invoice or invoices with the details of the debtor.
If possible
Delivery notes and purchase orders initialed by your clients
Rejected bills or rejected dishonoured cheques
Your notice and recorded delivery signed or refused.
Exchange of correspondence.
2/ As soon as we receive your file, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and a Mandate, which you should duly sign and return to us.
