Hello Viewer my name is Rabbi Aminidav Ben Avraham Hinton .I am the Rav of Mind Changing Ministries Beit Yeshua of Rochester NY- In just a second I am going to give you my nine keys to suceed in every place and part of Life. If you are a Rabbi,Pastor, Minister, Leader, Manager, CEO,President, or what ever line of work you may be apart of these steps will allow the true leader to come out of you in true colors.
First let's understand that these steps are biblical principles & approaches drawn from scriptures to help each person in there position's to come to the clear perceptive reasoning regarding leadership and how a leader must carry certain key standard's to operate in joint ventures, I promise you that these prime seasoned priciples will develop in you true leadership and you'll be able to lead others into a greater life, First of all:
I grew up with a parent that raised five children alone even in poverty-Key A. Success is not measured by how much money you have or make, success makes your inner desires work for your dreams & trajectories, Success is having the ability to achieve what ever you desire in the correct process and ideal's, not far fetched ideal's becoming a realist in this regard, knowing that you have these talents and these gifts with in you from Hashem/God and this knowledge with the invertiable question; how can i use them in the area of my intrest and make my knowledge cause me to be successful. right now before you learn any thing else you must ask yourself the question am i successful right where i am at in life, not materialistically we are not basing success on that
I Rabbi Aminidav Ben Avraham Hinton grew up in pain, hurt, distress, and fallen hopes and yet i arose because i belive in "Yeshua" & "ME" my greatest supporter has always been my mother who is a christian observing minister-I am a Jew observing Messianic Judiasm- she continued being a minister of fifty seven years who told me as a child that i can do anything i put my mind to. I will say that i am succesful not because of money no i don't have any money but i am reaching toward my dreams and these nine principles have formed me and grafted me into a person of progress and progression.
We must realize that people can not stop God's expectations for you they may be a hinderance that is used to push you to your potential. The fact of the matter is the predestined potential from God in us makes us succesful, The problem is often we cut ourselves short by not realizing that{This is not it} it's not over yet, I have not yet begun to be what i will be, but we must get the right perspectives and i pray that these steps, these key elements will move you to greatness even thou i may have had difficulties in life look where i stand.

We may be small but knowing what i have in me and where i expect to go it drives me to push further until I get to the level of my expectancy.
I would like to also conclude, that a vision is further than the dream, I believe God has given us all dreams of our callings, well before there ever manifested,Which further concludes you are what you were born to be, The very image(likeness, Presence, Nshamah-Soul of God)don't give up if his patience is longer than your expectations.
"9 Keys to success"
#(1.) Attitude: Col 3.13/ Attitude is a bodily posture showing mood, actions a manner of one showing there feelings or thoughts, one's disposition& opinion:
The fact of the matter is you can change your environment by simply having the right attitude, a negative attitude does not depict my attitude in any situation, I need to show kindness when kindness is not shown to me as my mother would say it does not matter what a person does to me it matters what i do to them ,If you do not have the right attitude you will not achieve any thing, i know family members that change jobs almost every month because of there attitudes; we need to make certain that your {Emotions don't control your responces} because your success in life depends on your behaviour. As a biblical teacher of twenty five years i know people and there spirits within, they can be nice to you and stick you with a knife in the same moment-don't treat people nice for the purpose of a sell or to buy a product, treat people kind because they are people and you will get further. Genuine kindness with out looking for any thing in return profits people little but profits you great, We must change the environment by changing the way we perceive or the way we defend or justify ourselves because of our positions, Americans feel that it has to defend its self, some one would say something you dislike instead of responding with your mind you respond with muscle, successful people exercise one of there greatest muscles there minds think before reacting- Yeshua said if some one hit you turn the other cheek< It is more of a metaphor on your ways and conduct, know one can see what is in him unles the word reveales it through the mouth of some one who sees you clearer than you can see youself. The right attitudes will profit you beyond measure because people will be willing to hear you- do you realize that word of mouth is the greatest advertisement: people that get great service keep going back from where they received it looking for even greater service the following visit, does that mean we put on a fake smile and a phony friendly service -NO- we continue being who we are already if it's in you, you don't have to create a smile, formost people can see authenticity verses acting theatrics
Key (2.) Conduct-Rom 12.18 - conduct is a management,behaviour, it means to lead, to manage, to behave, to direct, as directing oneself first, to transmit leadership or convey conduction, conductivity: you can't be a leader that is not willing to listen, receive ideals and have the ability to learn from those you are leading.
A leader is humble and submissive to those they are leading. a leader conducts self before others, you can not lead others if you are not leading youself into truth first and into position second, conduct is important, many so called leaders in every place of life lead others while not being lead themselves by what they preach, They are crooks that steal from there own companies, there own people. The people who believe there false reports and lies as they continue doing wrong and making it appear as right that's what we call-"Counterfeit"- we don't need those leaders because they lie to themselves, they are Ahab leaders following those close to them while neglecting those that matter:
Key (3.) Character: Phil.2.22 Character is a reputation, behaviour, group, position, moral strength, status, an eccentric person: Hashem says if it is possible to be at peace with all men.
It is so important as i must stress this your character identifies to people who you are> It is your character that makes first impressions any where you go, at social places, character say's this is who i am, look at me, i shine, this is a possitive character= wrong characters say that i need to do something to be noticed such as micro managing, That character reveal's i need attention please see my shout out for attention, notice me, this is a cry for attention and a need for self worth & value
key(4.) Personality Ex.33. 14 personality means to apply quality or fact of being a person or a particular person, distinctive individual, qualities of a person, considered collectively a notable person: The shear fact that God made each of us diffrent, we all look diffrent, we act diffrent, we are all diffrent, our DNA is diffrent, my personality reveals me, all about me, It tells people that I'm Aminidav and there may be millions of Aminidav's around the world but theres only one Aminidav being me, It show's my joys, sorrow,my enjoyment, If your personality is not appealing to your success it is sure doom, people love a good laugh I'll talk about that some more later} personality say's that I enjoy life, what i am doing, my career,my position in life, who i am.
The fact of the matter is if i don't enjoy what i am, what i am doing It will show up negatively in your personality, It is important to have a keen sence of wholesomeness in Life, Do things that you enjoy rather in ministry or careers, It would not make since for me to be on the cooking ministry of the congregation, if my talents and gifts are in another area, in that regard your personaility rewards your behaviour when they are not working against each other, many people do thing's that they don't want to do from jobs,ministry Etc. just to get money, acceptance what have you, that's vain, worthless, and empty -remember to do thing's that are not difficult.
I teach and it's not a job for me it's a enjoyment, Do what your good at in life and you will be successful,your gifts and talents are built into your Ruah-being, If you do anything opposite of what is ingrafted in your being, It won't work and you will find yourself going back to what your suppose to be doing, If you deture you'll only be driven back..
Key (5.) Honesty-Gen.42.11/ honesty is a sincere or fair gain: We live in times when people are not honest about life nor any thing else, honesty begins with self first and then with others, success embodies the realization that i can not expect people to be honest with me if i am not honest with those i lead-honest about my life, my goals, my ambitions,my desires, my needs, my wants, my hopes etc.
for example; John Babysits Amber but his talents are not in that area. He continues the job for money but hates what he's doing therefore he mistreats the crying,energetic,wet,hungry,playful,child who craves attention,he can't meet the child's needs because he has not been honest with himself, when the fact of the matter is his talent is wrapped around mechanics, he just couldn't find a job so he needed to be honest with his boss by letting them know that this is not there desire and that they would be working this job on a temporary basis, please remember this that "Honesty rewards Honesty" with Honest Success. crooked success is not success it's a theory created by that person called GREED.
Key (6.)Persistence Luke 11.8 persistence is to continue in the face of opposition, continuing to exist and edure, constant repeated persistance: If you want success bad enough then your willing to do every thing in your power that's right and lawful and true in the eyesight of Hashem/God
The drive as we call it, you must have that kind of desire that bring's out passion inwardly to detail my goals and that i won't stop untill Hashem/God blesses me. It moves me outside of comfortability into a place of tiredness, wearyness,fear,wonting to quit, tired of trying, and through it all just gathering the strain of faith to push onward to the next pressing step, For the process of this life brings us step by step from salvation to the corporate world, The race is not given to the swift nor to the strong but to those that can endure, endurance does not allow comfort it moves you outside of your safety zones, your surroundings and puts you in the middle of a desert with out a map and tell's you to find your way out, you are stuck with what you know to lead you onward that's the place in the middle of persistence.
Key (7.) Humilty-Ps. 10.12-Ps 147.6/ The state or quality of being humble: rather you realize or not humbleness makes humility become hospitable, God gives us all a little rain inside the harvest, It makes us greater and gives us the ability to conquer raging blows of life that comes unexpectently,if you become rich in success then may God bless you, if you become finacially set then wonderful, but the key to expectations are looking to give back what you have received, many people get wealthy and die wealthy with out ever giving back to people less blessed as yourselves, being full of humilty sees the needs of people, and where can my funds be used to the greater good of God's mankind, It was not God's will that people become rich to fester it in a hole and cover it up with your very lives that's why Yeshua said its hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of Heaven, its easier for that man to go through the eye of a needle- success demands humilty.humility has no room for pride, vanity and selfishness
Key (8.) Laughter Gen.21.6/ Laughter is to make sounds revealed through facial movements that express mirth, amusement, The scripture says that laughter is better than medicine. do you realize that laughter has ingredients in it of self healing medicines, yes when you enjoy who you are and what God has made you, you can actually increase blood flow to vital areas in your body,smiles use less muscles then frowns, To be successful
Laughter will be at least among the top ten, it will be your greatest asset, people that do not enjoy what they do, and who they are can in fact mentally make themselves physically sick by there mental probity,stress,anxiety,frustrations,depression and there lack of self enjoyment in life, in all it's components
Key 9 Confidence- Luke 1.4/Rom 12.16/ 2 Peter 1.6/ Confidence is trust, reliance, assurance, belief in one's own abilities:
If you can not be trusted as a leader,then your success is already a doomed failure because people need to be able to know what you represent, rather company, ministry,product, if you can not be trusted then the product is already defeated, You must know who you are with out a shadow of a doubt, you must know what you possess inside of you, The ability to do great things
