The State of California's Access for Infants and Mothers (AIM) Program offers affordable maternity insurance for middle-income pregnant women and their babies. The families who benefit from AIM are those who have no maternity insurance, who have health insurance with a high maternity-only deductible or co-pay and those who have incomes that are too high to qualify them for other forms of state assistance, such as Medi-Cal.
