The Darkside
I would like to now address what many have come to believe and label as the dark side. The devils, satan, demons, hexes, spells, possession..etc. Their existence in our lives is undoubtedly true, but for what reason? In order to answer this, we must first identify our own dark side which consists of fear, ego, and ignorance. These three aspects of an individual’s own inner Self can infact manifest any and all of the dark side listed above.
Nothing dark can operate indepent of our own fears and ignorance. In other words, our deepest concerns should be with cleansing our spirits, illuminating our minds, and opening our hearts. This is the best way to prevent our own evil as masquerading and/or appealling to the darkside. If there is anything listed above as contained in the darkside which strikes fear or concern within you, then you have work to do..cleansing to do within yourself. I believe doubt in the power of light, in the power of God, or in yourSelf; is an invitation for your own ignorance to unite with destructive forces, which as we all know; can be found everywhere and anywhere. The first stage of evil can be found anywhere because it originates within us...therefore a street corner is as prone as a church, a minister as well as a criminal.
Ignorance of this sort does not at anytime or under any circumstances, discriminate. Believing in dark forces is one thing, but believing that said forces can impact your life without your consent, be it consciously or subconsciously; is only empowering these negative forces. One can acknowledge without empowering, remember; doubt, fear, and curiousity are beacons to the darkside. There is plenty to deal with within ourselves which must be addressed as oppose to misdirected to these outside darkforces. As mentioned earlier, we must claim our own energy, be it positive or negative. If we only claim the positive and blame the negative on the darkside, our ignorance gives these forces ownership to energy we are still linked to despite our ignorance or denial of said fact.
