There are several ways to catch a glimpse or interact with the SpiritWorld: 1.OBE- Out of Body Experience 2.Mediumship 3.Dreams 4.Audio - Clairaudience 5.Vibes 6.Magnetic tape 7.Film-camera 8.Visual - Visions 9.Trance 10.NDE - Near Death Experience 11.Dying - Death 12.Prayer 13.Mourning The SpiritWorld consists of those that have died and have yet to move on to their next life. This is why death should be viewed as a transition as oppose to a finality, be it good (heaven) or bad (hell). Life resumes after death - just not physically, meaning; the dependency upon our immediate senses has ceased. Memory, emotions, and our Will, continue on with our lighter, purer Selves. Those that occupy the SpiritWorld have an advantage in the sense that they are no longer confined to their bodies. However, the reflection of how they lived their life is still a part of their Being. said fact is what determines the spirit's personality and constitutes what factors will play major roles in shaping the spirit's next life. How long of a process this entails, one can only imagine. It is my belief that time is irrelevant, possibly nonexistent as we know it, on the Otherside. The spirit's will is what decides readiness, better yet; willingness to continue in spiritual growth, which is either attained with lessons chosen for following life or through aiding individuals that are still living. Concerning "bad" spirits, I would check the definition of "bad". I would rather refer to spirits as either proceeding toward growth or lost. Lost in no way means "bad". If we continue to view a spirit's actions or words as "bad", simply because they are inexplicable or not what we prefer; we are in some ways empowering them with our own ignorance, which can so easily transpire into fear. A better understanding of the underlying principle above, will lead us into exchanging energy and helping the spirits that are lost. If one were to consider the amount of individuals who are presently adhering to incompatible dogma and doctrine, the number of lost spirits are staggering. One who does not identify or acknowledge the light while living, once death occurs, the unfamiliarity toward the light remains with the spirit, at which point what was familiar or comfortable to the deceased attracts them like a beacon. Hence the hauntings which manifest within the house of a deceased, or the spirit of a deceased accompanying the living spouse. Society, as well as some religions mistakenly relieve themselves of the power to aid the SpiritWorld. It is either an unexplainable mystery or out of our hands, but upon further examination; to exchange with energy transcends the difference between the living and those of the SpiritWorld; said difference being that of the physical bodies - matter. Also, our dependency on our senses often times impedes our understanding of the Afterlife. Those who emphatically proclaim their non-belief in spirits or ghosts must understand that proof of the SpiritWorld's existence lies within the individual. And is substantiated by their lack of concrete proof, yet at the same time, failure to realize those of the SpiritWorld are not concrete is substantial.

If the analogy of the wind can be used; try and catch the wind in your hands. If you can't catch it, does this put the wind's existence into question? Probably not and this is based on the fact that we can feel the wind.
