Hi, I am in 8th grade and am 13-years-old and am overweight. I am going to be trying in the next nine months to try to loss weight by myself without my mother or father butting in. Its my way or no way!! Watch as I write how I am going to begin to loss weight!

Tomorrow is the first day of my Weight Loss Journal. As you read my web page and have any ideas on how to a 13 year old can loss weight please e-mail me! I am hoping to loss 75 pounds by my birthday which is in May. If you have any ideas on how to reach that goal again PLEASE E-MAIL ME! The reason I am putting this private weight loss journal on the internet is because I have been overweight for my whole life and my family and friends say that if I loss now it will be easier and less hard then if I try later. And I would so much like to go to school and not get made fun of because I am larger than everyone else. I can't even get the cool clothes everyone else wears. I am going to London with a Marking Band in December of 2000 and I would like to wear nice things and not the same large thing that I am wearing. My parents even said that if I loss weight they would buy me all the new clothes I wanted for my London trip. I want to be skinny and get new pretty clothes could someone out there help me?


Sunday, January 9,1999
Today I got up at 8:00 am and had two glass of orange juice. I thought I was on a roll because I hadn't eaten anything fattening. Then I went to CDD and didn't eat any food there. But, I went to babysit at 10:00 am and I had cookies and buttery pop corn. That was a piece of food that I shouldn't have eaten. Now at 12 pm I will be having lunch and I think I will have a very hard time with this diet because its only one half day into my diet and I already have eaten way too much food then I should have. I am planning to exercise this afternoon and I will write what I did to exersice. I found this exercise on the Internet and am going to see in the next two months if it works. I hope to write back later that I am doing much better but I guess this diet think and babysitting are going to be a hard thing for me to master at the same time. I am saying that I guess I will have to try to babysit and not eat anything even if the kids that I am babysitting are eating it. Today for lunch I had 3 small hlpings of mash potatos and carrots and chicken. And as a drink I had a bottle of water. And the rest of the day I spent on my computer. Later at dinner we had pizza I had 2 slices and 2 sodas. After dinner my mom and I went for a walk. After a shower I went and did my exercises. The exercise was 30 crunches in 3 sets, swinging your hands around for 100 times, jumping up and down 100 times,and having my legs run up and down 100 times. During this exercise I had a bottle of water. And then I went and watched TV and had one bottle of water before bed. I think that today my first day in the journal on a scale of one to ten was a three. I didn't try hard enough other than the exercising. I hope tomorrow I can get a five or six. But tomorrow is school the place that sells fries for lunch. If anyone out there reads this day please tell me what went wrong so that I can have a better knowledge on lossing weight so I have some change at getting a wish that I have wanted to get my whole life.


Monday, January 10, 2000
Today was the first day of school in my new diet. It was hard but I think I did a good job. Today for breakfast I had two orange juices. And in the morning at school I ate no food wasn't suppost to. Yay! And for lunch I ate a piece of pizza and 1 diet coke. I ate no food that I shouldn't eat at school when I am on this diet. When I got home I had pretzels and soda with a friend. And for dinner I had one soda and three hot dogs and then later I did my exercise the one I put in the first journal entry. I will be using that exercise till I write that I am changing my exercise. I think this day was a seven and a half. This day was a better day!


Tuesday, January 11, 2000
Today I had one glass of juice and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. And in school I had a couple of fries my friends gave me. And on top of that fo lunch I had a diet coke and sandwich that my mom gave me for lunch. Later when I got home I had a diet coke and a hoggie and for dinner I was babysitting I had a Turkey dinner with the kids I was babysitting and a Mountain Dew. And for dessert we had a diet coke, ice cream with chocolate sauce. And then I went home and exercised and then I had a Blow Pop and went to bed at 11:00 pm. That was a two one the trying to loss weight sclae.


Wednesday, January 12, 2000
Today I got up had a glass of orange juice and one peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Then at school I had no food till lunch when I had three cookies that my friends gave me and a diet coke and a sandwich. And nothing else when I was in school till I got home and had a hoggie and diet coke and then went for a walk. At dinner I had one diet coke and two hot dogs. Later I did my exercising watched TV and went to bed at 10:15 pm. Today was a three and a half on the trying to loss weight scale.

Hey you guys!
Its been a while since I have written in my journal. The weight battle is still going on and it looks like I am lossing the war. I am going to thing about going to Weight Watchers, but I probably will not because it costs so much money. I am going to try walking ever day around my developement two times each time I get home from school! Hi People its been so long since I have written. I went on vacaction twice and managed not to eat that much when I was there. I still am not lossing as much weight as my parents think that I need to loss. I thought I would write since its as most school time and I think this year my time will be few to write so I should write now. I have a new e-mail address directly to recieve help from this website so look to see and e-mail me their. I still need help and though I have recieved some e-mails I need everyones help that can give some information.

I am now in 9th grade and am 14 years old. I am in the Marching Band at my high school. I checked my e-mail today and got a really helpful e-mail. The weight thing is still on going. I
loss a pound then gain one.
Oh well!

Sorry I haven't write in a while. I have tried many different diets and they haven't worked. I have lost some pounds put then gained them back so. I am on another diet and its a fruit and yogurt diet. My only treat is pretzels. I have gone to London. It was really cool!! I have graduated from middle school and done my first year/ rookie/ freshman year of marching band and now I am in my second year into it. I am going to be going to High School and be a softmore. I am going to be really busy this year. My goals are loss weight, grades, homework, friends, make it past my first year of high school, second year of marching band. I will try to write at least once every week or two. Please e-mail and sigh my guest page. Your support means the most to me.

Hey everyone!! I am in 10th grade and having so much fun at my school with all the after school activites that I have. I am still up and down with my weight, I really hope that someday it stays down and I can be "skinny". I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! I am getting my wishdom teeth so I won't have to worry about dieting during the holiday, I'll be in too much pain!! I hope that if you guys read this page and have one of your own let me know about it!! And sing my guestpage!!
