Getting Mew- There are two ways I know of to get Mew They are- 1. Catch a Magikarp and go to the nicknamer in Lavender Town. Change Magikarp's name to Mew. Then press select on the 8th item in your item list at least 8 times on this item. Now try to rename Magikarp. It will blink. He wont let you, but now your Magikarp is a Mew!
2. Get 150 Pokemon, then go to the Pokemon Mansion in Celadon City. Talk to the programmers up there, and one of them gives you Mew.
Level 100 Code
To get your Pokemon instantly, press select on the 7th item on your item list. Then go into battle. When you hit attack, hit select on an attack you dont want, then hit B and go to your item list and push select on the 7th item. Now defeat the Pokemon you are fighting. The move you hit select on will be gone, but the Pokemon will now be L100!!!

RARE CANDY SECRET To do this you need fly and surf! Put rare candy at the sixth spot in your items list. Then fly to Viridian City and talk to the man who says "Ahhhh I've had my coffee now,sure you can go through? Are you in a hurry"? Say no. Then we will show you how to catch pokemon. After this fly to Fushia City and from the Poke Center (where you always land) go down, make sure to have beaten all the trainers. When you get to the water use surf and stay to the side until you get to a part were it's half on water and half on land, surf up and down untill you run into a pokemon named Missingno (The black screen will stay black for about 5 seconds) DO NOT CATCH MISSINGNO. IT WILL MESS UP YOUR GAME!!!!! Just run from it then, go on the land part and look in your items and you should have 99 rare candies. When you do this it might say you only have 9 rare candies and it will have a square in front of it. Don't worry, you still have 99 rare candys!
HOW TO GET AN EVEE Go to Celedon city, from there go to the back of the Celedon Maison and enter, search around and on the table there will be a poke ball with Eevee in it!
HOW TO GET RICH Do the rare candy trick and go to the poke mart in Celedon city and sell the rare candies. They will pay about $2.400. I THINK :)
GETTING TO SABRINA Enter, take the teleport by the man standing there. Then take the one to your left. Take the teleport below you. Then take the one at your left Then once more take the one at your left and there is the lovely Sabrina.
CATCH POKEMON 100% OF THE TIME IN THE SAFARI ZONE First waste all of the Safari balls exept one, then when you run into a pokemon that you want throw the safari ball at it will catch the pokemon without throwing bait or rocks.
EASY WAY THROUGH SILPH COMPANY To do this you need a pokemon that can dig. First enter then go to the 5th floor and go left untill you see some bushes/trees. Go down but don't go on that portal. Simply go down the narrow path and beat the team rocket guy. Then go to the portal after you were transported, and go back in that portal. Go down 1 step then go right and pick up the card key (Which is the pokeball). Then if your pokemon need healing, dig out and heal them at the poke center. Then go back to the building and go to the 3rd floor. Defeat the guy from team rocket. Go to the left open door with card key and go in the portal and you will see Gary your Rival. Beat him, then talk to the guy and he will give you a Lapras (Aren't you lucky?????). Then go into the other portal and go down and beat the guy from team rocket and go fight Giovanni. BUT ONLY FIGHT GIOVANNI IF YOUR POKEMON ARE IN GOOD HEALTH!!! Then talk to the guy in the room and he will give you a prize!!
THE SEARCH FOR COINS When you are in Celedon city and you have gotten the coin case, go into the game corner and talk to people and they will give you free coins. Then (if you have an ItemFinder this would be easier) go around pressing the A button and you will find lots of coins. P.S .If you haven't gone to the place where the rocket guy says something about a switch, there is a swich behind the poster.
CATCH POKEMON FROM THE SAFARI ZONE WITHOUT SAFARI BALLS
To do this you must have surf. Go into the safari zone, then walk right back out, then go to the poke center and walk down until you reach the water. Then surf and stay to the sides until you reach a part were you are half on water and half on land, surf up and down there and you will be able to catch pokemon from the Safari zone!!
SKIP SEAFOAM ISLANDS If you do not want to go through the seafoam islands simply fly to your home town and go to the water part and surf and you will reach Cinnabar Island!
DON'T FIGHT THE TRAINERS AT THE CINNABAR ISLAND GYM! When you enter the gym, just go to the computers and it will ask you a question. If you get it right, the door will open. If you get it wrong, you will have to fight the trainer.
HAHA HEHE HAHA MAKE SLOT MACHINES MUCH EASIER Simply hold down the select button.
HOW TO FIND MEWTWO When you have got all of your 8 pokemon badges you need to beat the pokemon league. Then the credits will come up and then the menu screen comes up. Don't Reset The Game, just go to Cerulean City and then go north to the bridge were you fought the 5 trainers, before the pathway towards Bill's house. Turn left and there will be a large area of water. Surf until you get to a cave, you will find Mewtwo in there.
MAKE A POKEBALL TURN INTO A MASTER BALL Now you probaly have heard many versions of this trick. This one I think works the best! Throw a regular pokeball and hold DOWN + B until the ball explodes. Some pokemon need to be traded in order to evolve! They are: Kadabra - Alakazam Gravler - Golem Haunter - Gengar Machoke - Machamp
HOW TO CLONE A POKEMON Step 1. Go to Viridian city and talk to the guy that says "AHHH I've had my coffee, sure you can go through. Are you in a hurry"? Say no once then say yes once. Step 2. Put the pokemon you want to be cloned as your 4th pokemon Step 3. Fly to Cinibar Island and surf on the right side and catch a M at level 0 Step 4. It will still be there so catch it again it's a Ditto Step 5. Go to the computer in a pokemon center and release the M and withdraw the Ditto Step 6. The ditto should be the same as your 4th pokemon 2ND WAY: I THINK THIS WAY IS EASIER Step 1. Hook up with a game link cable to one of your friends Step 2. Select the game TRADE Step 3. The one that doesn't have a rare pokemon trade for a Rattata. Step 4. When the trade is almost complete, the person who had the rare pokemon when the screen says waiting turn your gameboy off before it says Trade Complete. Step 5. Then the other person with the gameboy on waits till it says trade complete then they turn off their gameboy. Step 6. When you turn your gameboys back on you should both have the rare pokemon. IF IT DOESN'T WORK, THE 2 PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO FIGHT OVER WHO GETS THE RARE POKEMON. HAHA HEHE PHANTOM P.C. Go to Celidon City and enter the hotel. Then go over towards the game corner and enter,and then you go 2 spaces down and up 1 space then press the A button and their is an invisible P.C. When you get a Paras put it into your belt and drop it off at the daycare, let it grow to 15 levels and it should turn into a Parasite. HOW TO GET MEW? When you get a Magicarp and put it into your belt and drop it off at the daycare, let it grow for 50 levels and it should turn into a Mew. This may cost you alot of money. Note from Bomber: I haven't tested this one, a friend told me about it. If anyone gets it to work, E-MAIL ME! Cheats Though there are no real "codes", there are ways to help yourself through the wonderful world of Pokemon. There is everything from "Have 99 Of Any Item", to "Secret Coins". Some of these codes are not certified as tested, and none of the staff has tested them. We leave that up to you. Great Balls act as Master Balls: As soon as you throw your Great Ball, hold Up + B. Secret Coins: First, go to Celadon city anyway you like and go to the Game Corner. Go in to the Game corner and then move one square at a timeand stop at each one. After you stop at one press "A" do this all over and you find about 150 coins! Also, if you want to buy a Pokémon without losing coins first go get how many coins neccesary for the Pokémon you want. Then go to the place next door to the game corner and talk to one of the windows to get to the list of Tm's or Pékemon. Click on the one you want while pressing B and you will get the item or Pokemon you want free! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fight Safari Zone Pokémon Outside: To fight and capture Safari Zone Pokemon outside of the park, first go into the park. Let the time run out when you're standing in a patch of grass which holds the Pokemon you want to catch. Step back outside and use FLY to Fly back to Cinnabar Island. Using SURF, surf up and down the right side of the shoreline, where you are half on shore and half in the water. You should then enter some battles with Safari Zone Pokemon! No more bait or rocks! It's sleep and Psybeam time! This also works with other areas of the game. Experiment and see what happens! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Get a Diploma: After you've caught all 150 Pokémon, go to the Mansion in Celadon City. On the floor with the computers, talk to the guy who's not on a computer and he'll give you a diploma! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
get Mew, #151: 1. Get a Pokémon from a friend or whoever that has surf, and then one with strength. Get the S.S. Ticket then go to Vermilion City, flash the ticket to the person, DO NOT GO ON. Surf to the right and then you'll come to an island. Use strength to move the thing blocking your way and pick up the ball that holds Mew! The S.S. Anne trick works for some games but if it doesn't go into the cinnebar mansion building and read all the diarys in order then after using itemfinder all over the building and finding the mist stone use max repel and Mew will appear! 2. Mew (Japanese version) If you have Japanese and if you got all 150 pokemon and you have beat Elite 4, go to Celadon Mansion and talk to the guy who is not on the computer.He will give you Mew.(only in Japanese version).In the American version, he will give you a diploma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Duplicate Items: Talk to that Weedle guy in Viridian City then fly to Cinnabar. Surf up and down the coast till you run into a Missingno. or an 'M. Defeat or run from them. The item in your 6th postition will have like 129 of them! The 9 is actually 29, after 0 it goes to 99. This is a great trick for Rare Candies, Master Balls and Nugget. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Standing on the Tree: This is a silly cheat. First, cut the tree, then stand on the area where the tree is. Save your game and turn your game off. Turn your game on again. You will see your body is on the tree. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pokemon Hall of Fame: If you want to stay in the Hall of Fame, just beat Elite 4. 30 times without turning your games off. If you beat Elite 4, 100 times, you can get HM 06(blast). If you have this HM, you can go to the grass area in the side of Pallet Town. In the Pokemon Hall of Fame, you can trade a bad pokemon for a rare pokemon, like Pidgey for Mew. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Secret Office: This cheat is really hard and you have to be in time. First go to Power Plant. Fight with Voltorb and after you fight with Voltorb, quickly check the rock in the Power Plant, because you can go through one of the rock and the rock is changing every time, so it could be any rock. You can only go through to that rock in 10 second. After you go through one of the rock, the game will send you to Secret Office. In Secret Office, you can find a pokeball and inside the pokeball is Pikablu. You will see a hole too. If you go to the hole, the game will send you to the grass area in the side of Pallet Town. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SUPER POWERED RYDON: 1)Go to viridian city and go to the guy who tells you how to catch a weedle. When he asks you are you busy say "Yes", then talk to him again and say, "No". After he shows you how to catch a pokemon, fly to cinnibar island. 2)Surf along the right side of cinnibar so that you are half in the water and half on land. Then fight and capture a "MISSINGNO." (level 138 works the best. level 138 are actually stronger than level 146) 3)Go to your box on the Pc and deposit one of you pokemon and then hit "Withdrraw Pokemon" choose "MISSIGNO." (like have 6 pokemon with you so "MISSIGNO." is tranported to a box and then deposit one and continue code.)(BUT DON'T ACTUALLY WITHRAW HIM) if you tap the button once you will have a menu saying "Withdraw, Stats, and Cancel" Look at the stats twice before withdrawing again. NOTE: now you can teach your new "MISSINGNO./Rydon" all of Rydons attacks, tms, and the game WON'T glitch durring battle. Also, Rydon will stil know water gun water gun and sky attack. Which can be taught normally. (I'm not sure if you have to give "MISSINGO." , a grass pokemon nickname.) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
RYDON OVER LEVEL 100: 1)Refer to the code below about unlimited items. If it doesn't work for you for some reason simply kill a "MISSINGNO." After you have infinate rare candies by using the code bring "MISSINGNO./Rydon" up to level 192 (if you have caught one at level 138) NOTE: Unlike any other pokemon over level 100, your new rydon will NOT go down to level 100 after a battle, if you raise your "MISSINGNO./Rydon" above level 192 however, it WILL go back down to level 192 after a battle. Also you can give rydon ALOT of HP UP's, Carbos, Calcium, etc.. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INFINITE HEALTH: 1)Take your new rydon using codes above, or any pokemon over level 100 that you find on the coast of cinnibar. For "MISSINGO./Rydon" raise its level to 192 but not over 255 (level 215 works well) using rare candies. For other pokemon over level 100 use rare candies to raise its level to about 150. 2)Get
