A Traditional Spanish Holiday Villa with stunning views,situated atop the Urbanisation of Rafelet,Javea,on the North Costa Blanca.
The Villa is built to traditional Spanish specifications,with Tosca Stone features.Inside comprises a large kitchen and dining area,a seperate lounge area,three bedrooms,the master with en-suite.There is also a seperate Shower/Toilet.Sleeps 6 maximum.
The kitchen is fully equipped,microwave/dishwasher/toaster/iron etc all included.
SKy TV,DVD player,Video player included.
The lounge has double doors leading onto the Naya which overlooks the private swimming pool area.The fireplace is ideal for log burning,if required-a pleasant feature on winter evenings.Central Heating is fitted and can be made available on request in the cooler months for a small extra fee.
For long term winter lettings the Central Heating would be part of the fee (November through to end of March).Note that pets are acceptable for long term lets only.
Javea is serevd by Alicante and Valencia Airports(100 kms and 75 kms respectively).A car is essential for this Villa,and we can recommend a number of good value car-hire companies in the area
Villa Tariff: £200 per week (low season) to £800 per week (high season).
