All training in physical restraint techniques are undertaken by experienced instructors from the field of care.
Our organisation believe that any form of physical intervention is an absolute last resort.To support this we have our own stringent code of practice.
The courses we offer are tailored to meet your organisations needs.

Courses in physical restraint techniques are from a minimum of 2 days to a 5 day combination course.
L.T.C. Costello Associates also offer:-
1 Day breakaway techniques course.
1 Day persoanl safety course.
2 Day personal Safety / Managing violence & aggression course.
3 Day combination course Personal safety / Breakaway course.
Evidence of attendance certificates.
The 5 day combination course is linked to N.V.Q level 3 modules.This is by way of a 85 page workbook.The workbook is completed both on the course and in the workplace.
The course instructors are also able to complete an assemnet of staff competence at the end of the 5 day course.
