PHENPHICHA WARDS COLLECTABLES

Hello my name is Martin Ward.
Welcome to my web page "Phenphicha Wards Collectables". First let me tell you what "Phenphicha Wards Collectables" is. It is an idea in the embryonic stage for my family to make a sustainable living. Being based in Asia I see everyday some of the most adorable, got to have art objects (well thats what I think) that only the tourist get to see hands on. These are products made to the highest standards by craft people. And what I want to do is to offer these products to you the people reading this. Not only for my own needs, but also for the people who make them. So in my lateral mode of thinking, this web page.

Easy it is not. How much is something worth? Whats a fair price? How does one pay for it? Shipping and the questions go on. Okay one step at the time. So the birth of this site.

Now I need you the people to look and hopefully buy. But how much are they worth? Hard question. I know how much I paid, but whats a fair price I ask myself. Lateral thinking again. Because my site is still a baby and very personal. I thought why not let you the people name the price.

I will be dealing with each email received personally as I do not have the resources for a high tech site that allows e-wizardry yet, but with you the people helping it will develop. If you see something you like then please contact me and if you don't, but have a photograph of what it is you are looking for, then I'm sure it can be made to specification; Check out the galleries of what is currently available and regards payment this can be done through PayPal unless we determin otherwise. Again I do not have viza etc yet until I get that set up.

The photograph of the cat statue on the web page (Item Number 4)is made from one piece of sustainable softwood by Thai craft people in the Chiang Mai area of Northern Thailand and the finish is to the highest standard. The height of the cat figurine is just under 25cm. I personally believe it is worth $20 when one considers how it was made and it is a work of art. If you are interested, then email me at the contact address listed, by clicking the white envelope on the webpage marked contact. Dont forget to Quote ITEM NUMBER and QUANTITY required.

I also would like to mention that I will be adding new products as I develop my webpage. Photographs and details will be added in the Gallery section. Thank you for visiting my site and feel free to add comments in the guest book or your link on the link page and if anyone is interested in developing this venture with me, by all means contact.
