FAINOMENON Great Danes (Greece)
Established in 1995, this small but dedicated hobby-breeding kennel consists of beloved house dogs and show dogs of selected american, scandinavian & continental lines. In just four litters since 1999 we have produced five Champions in Greece and Scandinavia, from our beautiful foundation females "Kali" (Int.Gr.Fin.Swed.Est.Ch.Dogiwogin Fricka-Flicka,BPIS-BIS-BISS-BVIS)fawn,imp.Finland (by Fin.Ch.Quaker Hills Get Serious, imp.USA x Fin.Est.Ch.Vet.WW'96 Faxidan Alexsandra) and "Phaedra" (Dogiwogin Peer Phaedra, 3 x Exc.& BJIB), imp.Finland (by Multi-Ch.Diplomatic's Sent to Dogiwogin x Multi-Ch.Dogiwogin Magica De Spell). Kali's children (by Gr.Ch.Dogiwogin Program, imp.Fin)are: Fin.Est.Ltv.Rus.Ch.Fainomenon Attiki Kalevalla (fawn bitch exported to Finland) and Gr.Ch.Fainomenon Alexandrian Kyon (fawn male in Greece). By Fin.imp. Edendane's Moonraker (Fin.Ch.Diplomatic's Your Majesty x Fin.Ch.Edendane's Little Mermaid): Gr.Ch.Fainomenon Addicted To Love. Kali (18/4/94-1/3/04) had only two litters and retired from the show rings after winning BIS at all levels. Phaedra we lost at almost six years old from leishmania but in her only litter by Edendane's Moonraker she gave us Gr.Ch.Fainomenon Archon Philippos (brindle male) and Gr.Ch. Fainomenon Attractive Phaedrias (Julia). Their litter brother, Fainomenon Artmaster's Phinnish lives in Finland. He won his first CAC at 9 & a half months of age under Rainer Vuorinen and has sired a nice litter for the Swedish LIEBE DOGGEN kennel. A fawn son of his returned to Greece and has already started his show career with success , having won 2xCAC, CACIB & BOB. This male (Liebe Doggen Fine Finlandia) is mated to Gr. Ch. Fainomenon Addicted To Love and puppies are expected in March 2004.
Involved with the Apollo of Dogs for over twenty years we maintain in the "quality-not quantity" principle. We are proud to have bred "Sweety" (see our "more Fainomenal" link below) who is not only beautiful, but athletic too! We believe in sound body and mind in our Danes and we believe that is the Best dog in the universe, a breed that deserves only the best people...Dane On!
