Welcome to "Our Florida House", a simple webpage that will allow you to browse our pictures and take a virtual tour (if you don't wish to read any more, just scroll down and click on the 'virtual tour' link NB. When you have finished the tour you will need to hit your 'back' button to get back to our webpage) then 'contact', should you require further information on dates, availability and prices.
If you would just like some prices..then either just hit the 'contact' button, call us (worth taking the virual tour first, just to see what you'd be getting!) and we will answer your queries (rates vary across the year and are also dependant on availability).

I am sure you want to know some physical details of the property for rent before you take a virtual tour and watch the slide show of the house and the resort, so here goes:
This is a 7 (yes, seven - all double!!) bedroom property with 4 (four) bathrooms (two en-suite) and a separate downstairs toilet. [Don't be put off by the size, as we price this house for rental to any size booking]. The house has it's own pool and Jacuzzi, two sitting rooms and an indoor play/games room with an 8' tournament pool table, air-hockey table, table football (foosball) and X-Box 360 linked to a 30" TV screen. All bedrooms have cable tv and most have their own DVD players! The house has it's own telephone system (with many menus for takeaway 'order-in' nights!) and provides FREE wi-fi access to guests.
Whilst in the house you will have access to our 24hr local support staff, should you need them (free call from the home phone).
The site itself (Terra Verde Resort, in the area of Kissimmee) is a small, very 'up-market', gated community; with onsite security. In the guest centre, just across the road from the house, you will find a free gymnasium, sauna, arcade, help centre (staffed from 0700hrs until 2300hrs), DVD rental centre, cash machine, comfort area, wi-fi access, tiki bar (open each evening), fun pool, separate Jacuzzi, basketball courts, volleyball court, children's play area and free coffee served every morning. There are discounts for all the adventure parks available to guests!
The house backs onto a conservation area but geographically it is within 5 minutes of the busy '192' fun area. 'Old Town' fun area is just 5 minutes drive, with Medieval Times no more than the same drive! The 192 has mini golf, helicopter rides, go-karting centres, flea markets, hundreds of restaurants, cinemas and super-super-super markets!
All the parks (Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, Universal etc etc.), International Drive and Celebration are no more than 10-15 minutes dependant on the traffic lights!!
We will help you and your guests get the most of your experience by providing you with guest information on what to do (and what NOT to do) whilst you are in Orlando. We aim for you to have the same great time as we do, when we are there and any advice we can give you to aid that, is our pleasure!
