idea: that we as a world spend alotof money on the antidote to very highly toxic waste. there must be some substance to render this waste inert, and the government or body that finds it will be incalculably the wealthier as a result of owning the rights to it....once there is an antidote, that form of power will be totally safe.
please remove the negative payoffs that act against me around me in real life as a reward for me thinking this idea up. perhaps that is already happening, i dont know.ararat.
