Entry Fees: $3.00 non-payback classes $5.00 each PAYBACK class
Judges Fee: $1.00 per horse/rider combo, no exceptions
Grounds Fee: $1.00 per horse, no exceptions
100% Payback: 1st-30%, 2nd-25%, 3rd-20%, 4th-15%, 5th-10%

RULES:
1. No Refunds/No Tabs w/out an open check
2. Classes must be entered 3 classes before the class starts...NO EXCEPTIONS...No Last Minute Entries out of respect for the volunteers in figuring the pay outs etc.
3. The Show Committee Reserves the right to add or delete classes, and or rules and also reserves the right to cancel the show if arena conditions prevent safe riding.
4. Not Responsible for loss or accidents. Ohio Equine Law will be posted. Read and understand it.
5. Points for year end awards will be kept for members and names/standings posted on the web site after each show. We will be using the 5-4-3-2-1 system this year in order to make it very clear where the High Point & Reserve Horses & Exhibitors are standing. Points are only given if you are a member. Join before you show if you want year end awards.
6. Boots Required. Helmets required for jumping.
7. No Alcoholic Beverages.
8. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
9. No spurs that break skin.
10. No inhumane or cruel bits that cause obvious discomfort.
11. No showing of a lame horse.
12. No foul Language.
13. Judges Decision is final.
14. Must be over 18 to handle Stallions.
15. The PCRC officers reserve the right to evict anyone from the show that break rules or causes the fun and friendly atmosphere to be disrupted with inappropriate behavior.
16. Age of horse is determined by the age they will turn in 2009. All horses become that age on January 1st. Riders stay in the age group that you start the year in to continue accumulating points for that class/division, thus some 13 year olds will remain in 12 & Under, and some 19 year olds will remain in 13-18. If you want to move up, you can, but it will affect your points.
17. Any horse/rider combo that shows LTD. may not put that same combo in a class with canter.
