THE SPIRIT GUIDES
There are many different form of spirit guides. Your guides may even be of the living, perhaps a friend or relative who may meet you in dreamstate to help and guide you.
MASTER TEACHERS
Master teachers are self realised illuminated beings. They were masters upon Earth and continue to be masters in the spirit realm. Spiritualists believe that we have only one master teacher but at certain times we can have more than one depending upon our purpose in this lifetime.
The master teachers help in spiritual development of many great people and usually help others.
PHYSICAL DOCTOR
This is a spiritual guide who works with our health and our well being. People who try to develop healing potential will usually have a physical doctor who once was involved in healing upon Earth.
TEACHER DOCTOR
This guide helps us to develop our spiritual growth and studies and helps us to understand philosophy.
PROTECTORS
These guides may take the form of large beings who are strong in manner, character and spirit. Protectors can take the form of animals to make them strong in the spirit realm. These are the guides to call upon when in need of strength and energy.
DOOR AND GATEKEEPERS
These guides are like protectors. They work to keep out negative influences as the individual works upon opening doors to other realms. They guard the doors of the realms so that ony the relevant guides may pass to assist you.
THE SYMBOL OF YOUR SPIRIT GUIDE
Many spirit guides will reveal themselves to you through symbols or sometimes colours. They do not always initially show themselves as they truly are.
The symbol or colour you see during meditation provides a clue as to their function within your life.
Meditation and reflection upon the symbol or colour will often play upon your own energy field to help you commune with your guide more easily.
