About Us
The Flores family began producing pasta for the general public in 1999. Mr. Flores has been an Italian/Argentinean Chef for over 40 years. Before we began winning popularity on our products, only our friends and family had the chance to delight themselves with our products. All of our products are freshly made daily. We have taken a natural approach in the making of our products because we do not use preservatives. Before we introduced machines to help the automation and efficiency of our production, we only crafted our products by hand. Today, even though we used machinery, our products are packaged by hand to ensure quality and quantity conforms to our standard.
Pastas Oscar is still a family-owned and operated business. We truly appreciate the exclusive need of our customers as we make it just the way they want it. Some of our most popular products are Ravioli, Gnocchi, Cannelloni, Empanada Dough, Crepes, Pizza Dough, Chimichurri, Empanadas, Alfajores (Sweet Cookies with Caramel), and more.
We are located in Montclair, California and we currently serve Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada.
