SUMMARY Listed below are some of the tracks
1. Talladega International Motor Speedway. Located in Alabama USA is a 2.66 mile tri-oval track that is the fastest track in the world. This track was designed by me and constructed by our family owned construction company. This track design and construction was started in 1967 and the first race was held in Sept. 1969
2. Las Vegas Motor Speedway Complex. Located in Las Vegas Nevada USA this track is a 1.5 mile tri-oval track with a certified Formula 1 track built inside of the tri-oval. This complex also has a ½ mile dirt track and a 3/8 mile paved track and in addition a NHRA drag strip. The conceptual designs and a large portion of the detail design were furnished by me. I also acted as the construction coordinator of this complex which was constructed from 1992 with the first race held in September 1996.
3. The Kentucky Speedway located in Sparta Kentucky is a 1.5 mile tri-oval. The conceptual designs and a large portion of the detail design were furnished by me. The conceptual designs and the detail designs were furnished by me. I also acted as the construction coordinator of this complex which was constructed from 1997 with the first race held in June 2000.
4. The Lake Erie Speedway is a 3/8 mile speedway with a figure eight track inside. Located in Erie, Pa.USA. The conceptual designs and all design and construction drawings were furnished by me and my company. Design and construction started in Jan 2001 and the first race was held in 2002. This track has compound banking in the turns. The banking 6-8-10-12 degrees for the 12 ft lanes.
5. Rockingham Speedway located in Rockingham England is a 1.5 mile high speed low banked track I performed the conceptual and preliminary design for this track. The first race was held in September 2001. The first race was a CART race and speeds approaching 200 miles per hour were reached.
6. Mosport road course located outside of Montréal, Canada. This is an existing track that has been used by Formula One for many years. I was retained 1997 to redesign a portion of the track that had over the years had proven to be dangerous to the drivers. This was accomplished and there have been very few wrecks in this portion of the track since the corrections were made.
7. Sebring Road Course located in Sebring, Florida USA. I was retained 1998 for the same reason as Mosport. The redesign a major portion of the track that had over the years had created problems and was dangerous to the drivers. This was accomplished and since the corrections were made the average speed of the road course has improved significantly.
8. Barbour Motor Sports road course located in Birmingham, Alabama. I was retained in 2003 to correct the asphalt paving for this track and bring the track quality up to international standards for road racing for both cars and motorcycles.
9. I was hired as a consultant to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to assist in the paving of the existing track and the new Formula One course constructed in 2002.
10. I lam currently under contract to design and build a Motor Sports Complex in Hibbing, Minnesota. This Complex will have a 1 and ½ mile road course, a forty acre Motor Cross complex, a ½ mile race track both for automobiles and snowmobiles.

Note:
All work is to the guidelines issued by the licensing authorities including FIA, FIM, etc with particular assistance from the MSA in the UK. Approximately 30 projects in twelve countries ranging from kart circuits to complete venues.
2. Richard “Andy” FAIA
Professional Leadership: In 1971 Andy founded the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Management firm, which grew to 350 people and the 15th largest Architectural & Engineering firm in the United States. The firm’s International practice earned more than 75 design awards for its work and in 1991 The American Institute of Architects Western Mountain Region named “Firm of the Year”. At the firm Andy led the Special Events, Sports and Healthcare Markets. His projects included the planning, design and construction at all 9 venues for the 1994 World Cup USA and the planning for all 36 venues at the 1996 Olympics and Master planning of the Southwest International Raceway. In 1995 the firm sold to Fluor Corporation and in early 1997 Andy completed his leadership transition.
Andy: Beginning late 1997 Andy became dedicated to freelance architecture, to provide leadership and personalized professional services to the Motor Sports industry. Andy’s clients include: Laguna Seca Raceway, MAZDA Raceway Laguna Seca, Riverside Motorsports Park and Gila County Raceway.
Professional/Community Commitment: Andy is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and was elected to the College of Fellows of the AIA in 1986. Andy has served as a faculty member for numerous national conventions and seminars for the AIA and the design and construction industries. At the University of Arizona College of Architecture, Andy taught the Ethics & Practice Course and the Design of Design Organizations Course with Weld Coxe.

ESTIMATE STAGES:
1. Conceptual Estimate - Prepared at the beginning ( 0% to 15% ) stage.
Used to establish budget parameters and set baseline for tracking costs.
2. Schematic Estimate - Prepared when the project is beginning to take physical shape. We consider this phase to be ( 15% to 35% ) complete.
Base sheets, elevations, some sections, a preliminary specification including mechanical and electrical information are requested. This stage is to firm up budget expectations and catch any major deviations (costwise), at a time when they can be corrected.
3. Design Development - Prepared when the project is in full development. This phase occurs between the ( 35% to 60% ) complete stage. This estimate should establish the proposed final cost of the project.
4. Final Estimate - Prepared when the drawings are 80% to 100% complete
