Pampered Animal Rescue

Please click the "Click to Pam" link below for a more developed site. Welcome to Pampered Animal Rescue. We are a private family dedicated to helping unwanted mammals and birds. Most of the animals we have right now will most likely spend the rest of their lives with us. They include Rocky an 11 year old horse that was bought cheaply at a sale. He stumbled and definately had a mind of his own. After chiropractic care, accupuncture, and specialized shoeing he has become a trusted and much loved friend. Arnold is a potbellied pig that was dumped in our neighborhood in November 2002. He was chased by dogs, nearly hit by cars, and lost half his tail to frostbite. He still needs to be neutered and his boar teeth taken care of. We also have chickens that were headed for stew pots, goats that were headed for barbeques, rabbits that just needed homes, dogs, cats, parakeets, hamster, and peacocks that survived a year on their own after being abandoned and escaping the mountain lion that ate the other 6 that were also abandoned.

We have maxed out our credit cards providing for these guys. And it is not resented at all. It is a labor of love. However, we still need fencing, pens, isolation units, aviary, and a barn. As well as medical care. We really want to be able to expand our operation and be able to take in more mammals and birds for placement.

That's where you come in, we are in need of donations to pay down our debt, build the barn and meet all the other needs of animals that are on their way. Currently we have a miniture goat, rabbit, and 3 guinnea pigs to pick up and house.

If you can help with services, supplies, materials, or financially please email us at pampered@tele-net.net and we will talk. Thank you for caring.
