Send Me to College
Greetings to all!
Perhaps you have noticed from the title of my page that I am seeking help to go back to college. Let me take a few moments and share with you some details about myself.
I am 22 years old. I have a husband and a 2 year old son. I have been married for over 4 years now. When I first got married I was on full scholarship at a fairly well known college. I completed a year and a half of school before discovering that I was pregnant with my son.
He is now 2 years old and I am ready to go back to college. This has proved to be a most difficult task. I am happy to say though that I have been accepted to a local college and I am once again on full scholarship.
My financial troube now lies with my employer. I plan to work full time during school to help pay our household expenses, but my employer is unwilling to work with my hectic schedule. I may be forced to find other employment, which in itself is a stressful task. In seeking other employment I will also have to take a substancial pay-cut. I cannot afford this drastic cut.
I have purchased every scholarship book available, and have even turned to Matt Leskow's Free Government Money books only to find out that it is too late to apply for the majority of them this year.
So I have turned to the art of cyber- begging. Please help me finish school. I am asking for donations of any kind. I have no services or goods to offer. Only my heart felt thanks and a hadwritten thank you card.
