OSG-EOA, Inc. is committed to rebuilding the African American community by re-claiming our youth. Founded by Walter Mitchell, an Atlanta-based inner city visionary, OSG-EOA designs and implements programs that eliminate the impact of negative influences permeating inner city communities to move our youth toward positive self awareness and mainstream success. Through hands-on, experiential training and education programs, OSG-EOA provides the solid contextual exposure African American youth need to understand the dynamics of 21st Century community and economic realties in a way that enables them to successfully navigate and break through the challenges and barriers before them.
