Ordering Information

All orders must be emailed to the address below. I need the following information:

Name
Address
Phone Number
Item Numbers
Size
Color
Method of Payment (money order or personal check, Paypal)

If you wish to pay by credit card, you may do so, through the Paypal service. If you are unfamiliar with Paypal, go to www.paypal.com for information. The service allows you to pay with your credit card, directly to my email address.
However, DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT UNTIL I SEND A PAYMENT REQUEST TO YOU. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! I will not be responsible for any payments sent, not using my payment request. This is because I use a different email address for paypal payments.

You will receive a confirmation, within 24 hours, with your total. Your purchase will be mailed when payment is received. If paying by a personal check, I must wait 7 days before mailing your item for check clearance.

All purchases are sent priority mail. If you would like to receive your merchandise overnight, please add an additional $12.50.

The picture, above, is a sampling of colors that are available. There are many, many more, depending upon the item that interests you. Please send an email request and I will send you a picture of every available yarn color for the particular item.

After receiving your confirmation, please mail your payment, along with a copy of your confirmation, to:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - Should you be dissatisfied, for any reason, with your purchase, you may return the item in the same condition that it was received and you will receive a refund within 2 weeks.
