Business proposition.
Welcome to my site!
My name is Oliver (ollytravel@seznam.cz) . I am 33 years old currently living between the UK (Portsmouth) and the Czech Republic (Prague). On the left hand side is a picture of me which was taken in 2007!
I am a year 5 teacher. My students are aged 10 years old. They are cool kids and I love my job! I just wish I did not have to get up so early...oh well!!
I am a very ambitious person, always willing to take on new challenges!
Ok, enough about me and let's share my business idea with you:
I have noticed that the house market is very good in Czech Republic. Houses don't cost so much in this country. It will be different in a few years time, I am sure.
What I wish to do is buy houses, refurbish them, re-sell them and make a huge profit. Looking through different real estate magazines, I have noticed that there are so many houses needing refurbishment.
So, what do I actually need?
1. A team of expert to refurbish houses. (I am talking to a few people and I am selecting a team of professional. My partner’s dad is an architect….this helps!!!)
2. An estate agency to work with. (I have a good idea...watch this space!).
3. I will probably need a franchise and be within the law regarding taxes.(I am sorting this out in 2 weeks.)
4. Capital to get started:
* my bank is offering me some money to start with, so it is cool.
* investors.
Basically, if you are interested in investing money, you might want to consider doing it with me! Please email me at ollytravel@seznam.cz if you are interested. I will get back to you very soon. This is all I need from you at this stage. When I am ready with the business, and if you are still interested, you will be able to invest money, you will get a good return of investment. At this time, here is what I am thinking:
Invest $$$ for 6 months and 6 months later get it back + 20% of your investment.
