Ed Note:Bob struggled with health problems since having a heart attack about ten years ago. On Thursday, 20 April, Bob was stricken with another heart attack and died at his home. The following is an abstract from the Newport News, VA Daily Press: �Robert C. Sibert was born Sept. 7, 1930, in Hamilton, Ohio, and was the fourth child of Charles and Ethel Sibert. He was a loving husband to his wife of 52 years, Jytte B. Sibert, whom he met and married in Copenhagen, Denmark; and proud father of Denise Youngblood, Scott Sibert, Stacey Freitas and husband Tony, and Kristy McGhee and husband Brian.� |
