(Ed. Note) Bob's wife, Kathy, was not married to him during his military career and knows nothing of it, she can tell us nothing beyond his deep and grateful appreciation for our interest in him since we began to correspond with him. His battle with prostate cancer was very long, extremely painful, and ultimately unsuccessful but he did wish to be remembered by his classmates. The only information known is that he had entered OCS as a MSgt, was on the Wing Staff, and served as a training officer after OCS like Gil and several others did. |
