OASPO
Welcome to the home of the Orginization against Screwing People Over (OASPO). This orginization was created for those Patch Traders that just have started out and want to continue the tradition of good Fun Patchin'. This orginization was founded in 2002 at NOAC by two young men of Catawba Lodge 459 in Charlotte. Frank Sturges (founder) and Steven Yamada (Co-Founder) were both tired of seeing young scouts that wanted to start Patchin getting upset cuz they did not have any Patches. Tom Cox (Senior Vice President) also noticed this happening and came up with was to give out free patches to guys who wanted to join up. Our most recent member of the OASPO is the 2003 National Chief Nick Digirolamo
