Single Mom needs help buying a house
Hi, my name is Mary and I am a single mom trying to provide for my child. I have a pretty good job considering the economy but have poor credit due to medical bills and school loans. I can afford my own mortgage but can't get financing to buy a home. I am asking for donations/gift to help me buy a fixer upper home that I have found that would be perfect for my daughter and I because at this time I live in a house with 8 people and 2 true bedrooms. I have a awesome dog that I refuse to give and therefore can't find an apartment to rent. And to be truthfull I hate giving away money to a landlord and not truely having a plac that is "my home." I am only asking because I can't do this on my own. I just want to give my daughter a good safe place for us to live and have a home of our own. Any donations/gifts that you can afford would be truely a blessing. Thank you.
