Quality Consulting is owned and operated by Melissa A. Lunsford's background is quite extensive having worked in and with workforce development in the private and public education system, higher education, medical industry, retail management, manufacturing, advertisement, brokerage services, and banking industry. She received an MBA from Averett College in Danville, Virginia and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Major: Management / Minor: Computer Science) from Bluefield College in Bluefield, Virginia. Nunley is currently pursuing her double doctorate from a co-op program between two of West Virginia's premier colleges, Marshall University and West Virginia University. She has also been a national speaker for many conferences and community organizations. Lunsford presented "The Interdependent Relationship Between Innovative Technology and Becoming a Learning Organization" for the 1999 Fall National Council on Educational Occupation in Seattle, Washington.She is a full-time Business and Industry Training Specialist for The Center for Economic Enhancement of Bluefield State College.
