Companionship For Critters
My name is Gretchen Watson. I am 28 years old and have loved animals all my life. I went to Murray State University and studied the degree under Animal Health Technology. I finished in May 1999 and began working in a clinic that early september. I recently decided to create a web page so that maybe I could have others help save the lives of many unwanted animals.
Animals are put to death for the most obnoxious reasons these days. knowing from my own experience I have seen it all, I hope.I am asking anyone out there to donate what they can to help me feed, shelter and pay for surgical or health expenses needed to save the lives of these animals.
I started out with fish, which led to three cats, one dog. then in 2002 I got married and moved on 65acres. I then tried to save the world. I ended up with 26 cats and 14 dogs. I loved them so much. Needless to say my neighbor did not. He shot and killed my dogs. I didnt have the money to purchase the kennels needed. My heart was crushed.
I have never in my life asked a complete stranger for money. I have although given so much out to help others and ask that if it is even 1.00 you send it. I promise the little that you can give will go along way for the lives of those who do not have it.
I thank you for taking the time to read this and hope that you love animals as much as I do. They are unique in their own little ways. They bring joy to those who have nothing, and they help us out tremendously in ways we never thought they could.
