MISSSION STATEMENT: To IMPROVE and MONITOR labor policies and practices to bring employers and employees closer together on an equal and fair bases. To SURVEY and rate labor halls & employeers on a rating scale of 1 to 10 (10 meaning highest score). ALL Surveys will be sent to listed EMPLOYERS, and to radio and television station in their areas rated! To REPORT ALL PROBLEMS to radio, television, and proper officials. To BOYCOTT unfair labor practices within the United States of America!
Our GOALS: 1. ALL Labor Pool/employeer activities, surveys, results, and practices WILL BE reported to City, County, State, and Congressional Representatives of the United States of America by NLPESBA members and chapters through-out America. Results are reported to newspapers, radio, and Television along with summaries and rating of Labor Pool/Employer practices surveyed by our membership which need to be improve to create a fair equal working environment for all. 2. Applications for membership are accepted from present and former workers of LABOR POOLS (USA wide) that would like to help resolve, improve and increase PAY WAGES for the respect of our fellow citizens of America. 3. To insure FAIR LABOR practices for ALL in ALL U.S.A CITIES and STATES to report disagreements to City Officials, County & State Officials, newspapers, radio & televison networks to create and help change work environment laws by boycotts, and presenting bills to congress. 4. To increasing our Member's value in the WORK PLACES of America through meetings with labor halls, employers and employees with differences that help make ALL work environments equal for both employee and employeer before implementing lawsuits as a result of non-compliance.
PENDING POLICES AND LAWS to Congress: 1. Every Person that WORKS in America MUST be treated fairly and equal within their individual RIGHTS to work amoung other America citizens regardless of color, age, or being under payed lesser then their follow Americans citizens making more MONEY than them without being hassled and intemediated by employeers. There seems to be an Employer HAZING SITUATION where employers seem to wish to intemediate/terrorize NEWER employees because of seniority and pay scales differences. This BILL will be presented to Congress shortly. 2.
ALL Labor halls must have SIGN-IN LIST and go by them. 3.
ALL Labor halls MUST honor employee's REPEATS, or will be reported to City, State, or U.S officials, or sued. 4. Would YOU like to help
Increase Minimum Wage to $10.50 per hour? 5. Employeers by request use labor hall employees and MUST NOT imprint discriminating dividing messages around for labor hall worker in workplaces. It is NOT FAIR or appreciated by any AMERICAN CITIZEN to work at an establishment requesting them, and then be treated different for any other employee. Remember, Your establishment should appreciate the help you requested.
