You must fight if you want your kid/s back.It is/will be along hard battle.Write down everything they say to you.Write down all conversations,in person or by mail & or by phone.Keep records many social workers are incompetent.At least with all my dealing's with them as a child and a adult.If you have continues problems with your worker call your house of reresentative.I did and it helped.
