This dish has been in our family for as long as I can recall, and I remember enjoying this same dish at my great great uncle's farm house in down east, Maine. The green peppers and celery really give this dish a rich flavor, and dynamites are great served on toasted hot dog or hamburger buns. This dish is what New England recipes is all about.

PEPPER BREAD
Also called sauceless pizza, this is a great easy recipe and kids love it. And what you can use for toppings is almost limitless. This has been one of my own favorite New England Recipes for years, and now a local pazza place has begun making it. And now, you can too. The basic ingredients are pizza dough and shredded cheese.

NEW ENGLAND STYLE SHRIMP PIZZA
Okay, let me say from the start that there are many recipes out there for this style of pizza, but I have not seen one that makes it the way I do. This is also a great party food. So what is my secret over all the ways it's made? I do not use raw shrimp in mine, instead I show you how to make it using that very tasty batter coated popcorn shrimp you buy in the frozen section of the store. New England recipes would not be complete without this recipe.

Another family favorite, my father in law introduced me to this dish. Through a great snack, it can also be a lite meal, depending on what you add to the topplings. The pizza sause and shredded cheese really make this dish come to life and it is yet one more of my New England recipes which kids of all ages will love.

HOLY GHOST SOUP
Okay, this is not a New England recipes dish, however, it is extremely good tasting and I think you will really enjoy it. I got it from my sister in law, who is a Portuguese. The kielbaso and spinash give this dish its rich taste, and if you have children and want them to eat more dark vegetables, then introduce this dish to them.

Okay, this is the real deal, grandma's meatloaf has been pleasing many a family member and guest for many years, and now you too can enjoy this great home cooked meal. And don't be put off by the oatmeal, I promise you, you will never taste it. And kids just seem to love this dish. So give Grandma's meatloaf a try.
