Ottawa and Montreal dates have been added to OLP's Canadian Tour! The band will be at the Corel Centre on Monday, February 3, and they're bringing finger eleven and the Trailer Park Boys with them. Seether will re-join the tour when it stops at Montreal's Bell Centre on Wednesday, February 5. Tickets go on sale Saturday, December 14,

If you live in Canada(or somewhere near it)get ready for the Full Canadain Tour starting near the end of January apparently
with Finger 11 as the opening act. Stay tune...tickets for the Calgary show at the Saddledome on January 27 go on sale this Saturday December 7 through Ticketmaster.

After months spent in other parts of the world, the band will kick off its first Canadian arena tour since the release of 'Gravity' at the end of January. The 'Fear Of The Trailer Park' Tour will stop in the following cities:
Friday, January 24 - Kelowna, B.C. - Skyreach Place
Saturday, January 25 - Vancouver, B.C. - GM Place
Monday, January 27 - Calgary, AB - Saddledome
Tuesday, January 28 - Edmonton, AB - Skyreach Centre
Thursday, January 30 - Winnipeg, MB - Winnipeg Arena
Montreal Bell Centre on Wednesday, February 5

Opening for OLP will be finger eleven, the Trailer Park Boys and Seether.

Big news
Friday November 1st BEST BUY PRESENTS OUR LADY PEACE at The Air Canada Centre in concert with 102.1 the Edge. ALL TICKETS ARE FREE and we'll tell you full details and how to get them ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 15TH. OUR LADY PEACE will be in studio with Dean Blundell on the 15th to play a few tunes and hand out a pair of front row tickets to the show.

Canada's Our Lady Peace will place on of their 'leftover' Gravity songs in a Hollywood movie. The band recorded Gravity in Maui with producer Bob Rock and plan to finish off one of the unfinished songs this weekend.
Lead singer Raine Maida tells Undercover News "Bob in San Francisco with Metallica and he's flying down to LA this weekend. One of the songs we didn't finish in Maui is for a soundtrack. We are going to finish it this weekend in Los Angeles. It is called The End Always Comes Dry".
The deal does not include a joint movie/video deal for the band. The band aren't into that. "Hopefully we don't have to do that" Raine says. "For a little while there was talk we were going to be on the Spiderman soundtrack and then I heard we'd have to have Spiderman flying through the video and I thought "oh my god, please don't let that happen"."
Our Lady Peace have featured on soundtracks before. Their song Starseed made a big budget Bruce Willis movie. "We were on Armageddon a few years ago and we've done a bunch of smaller movies" he says. "It would be fun to work with the director early on before the movie is finished. Most of the time they are just using bands that are happening and have a gold song and they just want to get one of those songs on. I like movies like Magnolia where you can tell the songs were written for the movie" The comic-based film is expected to be released in February of 2003
