Raikou Neo's Techniques: Neo conceals all of his weapons in his 100-pound Macho Braces. Any items stored away in this manner can be materialized and dematerialized at will. They do not increase the heft of his arm weights, but instead, they are stored within another dimension as to avoid being pickpocketed. The Heart of Memories is the only item that Neo does not keep in concealment. It contains data within a warped zone yielding a door that can only be accessed by the pure of heart. Despite being unable to enter himself, he wears it around his neck and stands before the full moon every month so that the heart-shaped pendant bathes itself in a rainbow radiance. Immeasurable updates are made in this way, but Neo keeps the Heart of Memories as a sign of steadfast devotion to those whom he truly loves, even after death and beyond.
Spells
Deep Freeze: An ice-type spell that produces a subzero sphere to temporarily freeze enemies.
Double Duo: A light-type spell that creates a clone with 1/3 of the user's stats. Can only be used in standard form.
Fire Blast: A fire-type spell that envelops the user in a phoenix-like form to swipe at enemies up to five times.
IX Fire: A fire-type spell that produces a column of black fire to subsequently deal damage to enemies within its defined range. The user can increase its duration with continuous fire fuel.

Parry Attack: An air-type spell that analyzes the enemy's attack to calculate an effective counter. Available only with a sword equipped.
Restore Return: A neutral-type spell that forces a clone to disappear. Any remaining HP and MP is returned to the user.
Sword Dance: An air-type spell that delivers six slashes in a row. Available only with a sword equipped.
Thunder Bond: A light-type spell that unites the user's palm with a weapon for extended range.
Thunder Breaker: A light-type spell that channels a jolt of thunder. The user can divide it into a dozen if the palm used to cast the incantation is closed.
Thunder Coil: A light-type spell that spirals about the user's body. If the enemy is struck, sparks will deal damage in swift succession.
Thunder Foot: A light-type spell that causes a column of energy to explode beneath the enemy.
Thunder Pike: A light-type spell that can be guided anywhere. The explosion can only be triggered at the whim of the user or when the energetic fuse is gone.
Wind Wave: An air-type spell that can deflect most projectile attacks, provided enough time is elasped to collect the necessary energy. Also, its secondary function can create razor rings capable of dividing through most obstacles.
Item Menu
Altima Benkan (One-of-a-kind Item, Unbreakable): The ultimate keychain for upgrading a sword in the dark arts.
Beam Sword: A handle that generates an artificial blade with channeled energy from the user. If broken, the Beam Sword can be easily repaired by more energy.
Macho Braces: Removed for increasing speed.
Midnight Ruby (One-of-a-kind Item, Unbreakable): Purifies virus corruption.
Pimp Juice: Recovers HP.
Rakurai (One-of-a-kind Item): Called forth with the command "strike with vengeance". Yields the following effects:
~Upon summoning, it can negate any projectile, regardless of strength. This effect can only be used when Rakurai is materialized.
~Allows the user to hover in mobility while casting energy bolts and spells.
~Is able to cast a different library of spells independent of the user's whim.
~Rakurai's spells inflict half the damage of the original dark artist.
Seal of Xenos: TBA
Sword of Xenos (One-of-a-kind Item, Unbreakable): Neo's weapon of choice.
Virus Visor (One-of-a-kind Item): Worn to activate the Xenothium Ore via Visor Don.
Womentos: Recovers MP.
Altima Attack
Mind of Lightning: When he crosses his arms over his chest, the Seal of Xenos forms beneath his feet, and his nightwings glow, Neo's about to use his altima attack. The darkness he emanates conceals himself, with 10000 golden flakes taking his place. Immediately after their appearance, they surround the enemy, bombarding anyone within the radius of the Seal of Xenos. This traps any enemy from escape.
Advanced Techniques
Shuffle: Combines a short hop for an aerial attack, followed by a fast fall, and ending with a landing recovery. The user can abuse shuffles to rack up damage in a matter of seconds.
Wave dash: Quickly moves the user over short distances.
Wave land: Quickly moves the user from the air to the ground.
Smash out of shield: Enables the user to channel energy for an attack while guarding with a shield.
Wave shield: Quickly moves the user over short distances. This is slower than a wave dash, but the user can use a shield while sliding.
Tech: Decreases the lag of recovery from a crash into a ceiling, wall, or floor.
Pivot: Performs a sidestep that positions the enemy in such a way that the user can exploit an opening.
Chain throw: Performs a series of tosses to rack up damage.
Directional influence: Allows the user to increase or decrease knock back distance.
Wall jump: Allows the user to jump up walls.
Meteor cancel: Enables a double jump right after being hit with a downward aerial spike. The higher the user's hit points are, the faster the meteor cancel can be executed.
Power shield: Deflects short projectiles by activating the shield with precise allotment. The user can also power shield to absorb kicks and punches.
Abilities
Xenothium Ore: One of the rarest abilities in all of the dark arts. It flows throughout the bloodstream, cleansing out foreign substances ranging from simple pathogens to complex viruses. The Xenothium Ore feeds off of negative emotions and cells in the body that contain DNA blueprints. It can be combined with all four forms and activated in one of two ways.

Blood Dye: Invoked by either slitting the left palm or touching blood with the user's symbol. For every nine seconds that pass, one percent is added to the virus corruption. Intervals of four percent fully recover HP, MP, and TP. The user does not flinch when damaged in any of the anti forms. Xenothium Ore gradually increases all stats at a hefty cost. The longer this is prolonged, the greater the id dominates over the superego. If the user reaches 100 percent, game over. [100 percent for me means that my other half takes over my body. As such, I ultimately refrain from this last resort, mainly using it against god-moders. KISAMA-RA, I KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE!!]

Spells
Angel's Arrow: A law-type spell that fires holy arrows at an enemy.
Angelic Bless: A heart-type spell that temporarily increases defense, MGC defense, accuracy, and evasiveness of all party members around the area.
Invincible Cleric: A heart-type spell that temporarily increases defense.
Magic Port: A neutral-type spell that teleports the user to other places in the same map on a set distance.
Magic Radiance: A neutral-type spell that temporarily replaces damage with MP instead of HP. If MP reaches 0, the HP takes a full hit.
Magic Slash: A neutral-type spell that attacks an enemy twice. Cannot be avoided within a limited range.
Mystic Heal: A heart-type spell that recovers the HP of all party members around the area and damages patho-type creatures in its vicinity.
