National Diversified HealthCare Services, LLC
Realizing the great need for specialized and individual home health care, residential and assisted living care, billing and transcription services, Dr. C. Phillip Johnson, Addie S. Robb, Marcella McCreary, Twana Dickinson and James Dickinson formed The National Diversified HealthCare Services, LLC ("NDHCS") (an alternative healthcare provider). This company was formed after much deliberation and concern for the elder, disabled, and terminally ill population, while incorporating the needs of the physicians and government agencies.
It is our desire to provide personal help to the elderly, disabled, and to assist them so they can live in their own homes or in residential care facilities instead of a large health care facility, i.e., nursing homes. We feel challenged to provide professional and personal home health care, as well as residential care to the elderly, disabled or terminally ill clients who need more extensive care than family or friends can provide. NDHCS' partners feel that we can work with families in which a parent is incapacitated, small children need care or help, discharged hospital patients who have relatively short-term needs, and terminally ill persons who required personalized services, and those who will need long term care.
Today, NDHCS is a combined provider of home care, residential or hospice care, supplemental staffing, medical biling and coding, and transcription services provided in-house.
We are currently seeking funding to establish several small Hospice Residential Care Facilities, as well as facilities to care for the elderly and disabled. Our aspiration is to become one of the nations most successful Health care franchise organizations on the East Coast.
NDHCS has three core businesses: home and residential health care, health resoures (staffing), medical billing and coding and transcription services. The partners of NDHCS plan to open several specialized and intimate homes for the terminally ill, as well as the elderly and disabled. Our goal is to provide a feeling of warmth and to offer assistance and comfort to those who are in their last stages of life. We will also offer rehabilitative and one-on-one personalized services to the elderly and disabled who find themselves in our care.
