Miss Edisto & Little Miss Edisto Pageant
Please come out and support the contestants who will be running for Miss Edisto & Little Miss Edisto as they show case their talents through Formal Wear, Native American Dancing, Formal Speech & the exhibition of their talents through a talent show. If your daughter would like to participate in the pageant, please contact a Tribal Council member.

**********Important Tribal Card Update**********
New Tribal Cards will include:
> Photo
> Enrollment Number
> Tribe Seal Stamp
> State Recognition
> Tribal Logo
> Laminated
Please note: New Tribal Cards are currently being issued. Your file will need to be complete or up-to-date in order to receive a new card. Once a new tribal card is provided, you will need to discard your old card, as it will no longer be valid.The new cards will cost: $10.00 (ages 18-55); $5.00 (ages 55-65); Free for 65 + up
Files can be updated or complete on the 2nd Saturday of each month, at the Community Center, between the hours of 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Members will need to bring a Picture ID and a Birth Certificate or Social Security card. If you have children, please bring his/her Birth Certificate or Social Security card.
If you have questions, or would like additional information, please contact the Tribal Center at 871-2126. If any changes as to birth, death, marriages, divorces, please make sure you make those changes on your file. It will be your responsibility to ensure your file is correct!
For those who's tribal files are complete, you will be entitled to the following benefits & more as the apply to the tribe and for the tribe:
-consideration for housing repair list by outside volunteer work team
-children being placed on Christmas gift list from outside organizations like Toys for Tots & Debbie's Kids.(parents files must be completed)
-Ability to participate & vote in the Edisto Princess Pageant (parents files must be completed)
-Ability to participate & vote in the Chief & Vice Chief Elections
-To be considered for a Tribal Council Member position opening, your file will also need to be completed.(applies to both elected position or general board member position)
