BCR Signs Kim Crosby as New Driver
Conrad Burr Departs
Jackson, TN – Black Cat Racing(BCR) is pleased to announce that female driver sensation Kim Crosby will take over the drivers seat of the Black Cat Racing #13 entry effective immediately. This comes after original driver Conrad Burr has changed his plans in order to pursue other opportunities. Black Cat Racing wishes him the best of luck.
Crosby tested at Daytona on January 20 with BCR, with satisfying results. Kim turned the fastest lap of the session, however the time was disallowed when it was discovered that the restrictor plate was slightly over specifications. With the correction being made, the team knows they will be competitive in their debut at the Hershey’s Kisses 300 at Daytona on February 14.

Bid Daddy Choppers Ride with Black Cat Racing in 2004

Jackson, Tenn. – Black Cat Racing (BCR) and Big Daddy Choppers of Ripley, Tennessee announce a partnership for the 2004 race season.
“Will Douglas and the guys at Big Daddy Choppers do the most incredible custom work I’ve ever seen, and we’re extremely excited about the opportunity to partner with them for the 2004 race season,” reported Gary Benton, co-owner of BCR. “In fact, we’re offering an opportunity for our race fans and NRA members to win a custom made chopper, which will be given away in November of 2004!”
To enter the drawing simply register as a new NRA member or renew membership under the Black Cat Racing promotion (campaign ID XR017232). This can be done by visiting the BCR website at www.bcr13.com and clicking on ‘JOIN NRA NOW’ or by providing the campaign code when calling the National Riffle Association.
