Sponsorship in NASCAR, is it really this bad off?

What is the sport of NASCAR coming to? Sponsors are leaving good teams left and right and the not so good are securing sponsorship for a full season ride. I can respect teams like The FanZCar and Fans Motorsports. They are doing something to get the fans involved while supporting a race team and trying to win.
It is well known that to be competitive in any of NASCAR’s top three series you have to have good sponsorship. The more they spend the more a team wins. Those have become the facts like them or not. But I have to say I thought I had seen it all, and then I saw this.
The world of Ebay, everybody has been on the site at one time or another. It is like the old saying goes one mans trash is another mans treasure. But you can get some really nice stuff in the world of Ebay, and now you can also sponsor a NASCAR Busch Series team.

Now that I have let all of you in on this little secret you can take out that extra $100,000.00 you have lying around and have your face put on a car for one race. Just a few cool million will get you the whole season and you will be more popular than the castaways on Survivor, at least in the NASCAR community.
What are these guys thinking of? No it is not a problem that they are posting on Ebay for sponsorship, in today’s economy you do what you have to do to survive. I just have few problems with this one though that makes me wonder if it’s legit. First maybe just maybe they should tell you a team name, who owns it what is the background of them in racing. What company in their right mind will fork over $10.00 much less $100,000.00 without knowing how there investment may pay off? Second a driver would be nice to know at least who may be driving. Does this team have a money back guarantee, if you are not happy with payoff of this investment? They say they have the best with that post on Ebay I am not sold on the idea.
They say right there on Ebay if you have any questions e-mail them, well I would but I do not think they will answer me without a little bit of sponsorship money. If they were willing to answer questions they would have posted them in the description and left out the email.
The big difference between this and The FanZCar or Fans Motorsports besides a million dollars is you know up front before sending any money in who drives for them and who owns them. This is a concept that maybe this team should try and maybe they would have sponsorship.
This is what it has come to in the big dollar world of NASCAR. Teams that have different sponsors each week, teams with no sponsors, and teams advertising on Ebay for sponsors. If this is not madness I don’t know what is.
In closing you only have three days left so you better bid quickly this could go fast (Oops they are still waiting for the first bid) and you again will not be apart of the action. If this is a legitimate team I really do wish them all the best of luck because you were willing to take this risk and have little guys like me write about you.
