In late January 2000, a warrant was issued for the immediate arrest of Donald Hutchinson for Contempt of Court (failure to appear) This warrant was after Hutchinson's attorney perjured himself before the court by stating that Hutchinson was too ill to appear. Several witnesses, including the members of the staff of Kethley House will attest to Hutchinson presence and good health. Hutchinson's attorney did not correct the address given for Hutchinson and has allowed the court to believe his former address is current. VEHICLE: The Hutchinson's do not own a vehicle. They were "given" Mr. Gill's Buick which is now missing.
1992 White Buick Park Avenue, last known OH tag: DUT520, VIN# 1G4CW53L9N1624116. This car has vanished into thin air, the signature on the title is forged and mileage falsified. Value of car at time of diappearance $10,685.

CHURCH: The Hutchinson's have reportedly been attending either the "Ambassador's for Christ" Christian Center 11318 Miles (216-341-5320), or the Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church 3435 Fairmount in Cleveland Heights (216-321-3481). They have attended the Prayer Temple on Holton and Harvest Missionary Baptist on 93rd. The congregations of both the latter churches requested that they worship elsewhere.

OCCUPATION: Hutchinson has tried to operate many businesses in the six years since he moved to Cleveland. Among them are: a Haberdashery; a Home Security Installation outfit; a Home-Remodeling Company; a Carpet Cleaning business; Hutchinson and Mr. K Enterprises; and a Barbecue Joint. He currently claims to be a sales agent for a pre-paid legal service. He holds no currently valid Contractors license and no FNB's or UCC's have been filed for any of his businesses. Of the six "businesses" he has failed to run successfully in six years, four of them (as well as his current line of work) allow him access to the homes of his customers.

He told the desk clerk that he was paying cash at the end of his stay but "they" made him use the credit card. This is typical of his fuzzy reasoning and deflecting responsibility for his own criminal behavior.*****
