The Muddogs are a talented roller hockey team from the South Shore.
Lets meet the team......
#3 Larry Hanson - F- Larry is a talented forward who had a few big goals for the muddogs this season. Larry also sponsored the team this year. (HANSON BLUEBOARD & PLASTERING) Thanks Again Larry
#7 Sean Canniff -F/D- Sean is a crafty utility player with great hands, He is a big help on forward as well as defense. The muddogs look for his skill to br a big factor next season. Sean is now playing for the Canton Rangers.
#8 Joe Nihill -D- Joe is a stay at home defensemen he plays with great intensity and was the teams most improved player for 2001. The Muddogs will look for his size and strength to be a big factor next season.
#10 Jimmy Genovese -D- Jimmy is a finesse defenseman who likes to step up and stir some offense. He has speed and a blistering shot from the point that makes the opposing team nervous. Look for Jimmy to be one of the top defenseman in the leauge next season. Jimmy now plays for the Canton Rangers.
#11 Eric Barron -F- Eric is one half of the brother line, him and his brother had some huge goals for the muddogs this season and they will look for them to continue there success next season. Eric is a great leader as one of the older players.
#14 Mike Viles -D- Mike was one of the top D-men on this team and had one of the hardest shots in the league. Mike also likes to create offense and has the speed to back-check. Mike will be one of the top players next season.
#19 Mike Mulligan -F- Mully was the top scorer for the Muddogs and the MVP. He led the offense and scored huge goals. Nobody could catch the speedy forward with quick hands and was a big reason for the Muddogs winning the championship. Mike is now playing at Bentley College.
#21 Joe Genovese -F- Joe was a fill in for two of the Muddog games and came to play in both. He also played extremly well in the championship game. The Muddogs will look for Joe to play the whole season next year. Joe is now playing for Marshfield High.
#22 Marc Barron -F- Marc is the other half of the brother line who helped the offense tremendously. Marc scored one of the biggest goals in Muddogs history in the Semi-Finals. There line will stay in tack for next season. Marc is now playing for U-Mass.
#23 Andrew Crosby -F- Andrew was one of the better skilled forward with a cannon of a shot. Andrew has the total package...speed, hands, and strength. Andrew now plays for U-Mass Boston.
#33 Mike Hartigan -G- Mike is the biggest factor in the Muddogs championship. Mike had the fewest goals against in the league. He had alot of huge saves that turned games around for the Muddogs. He was the top goalie in the league this season and is picked to be for next season. Mike now plays for the Canton Rangers.

Muddogs will be having open tryouts coming up next spring the fee will be $30. If you are intrested please email us @ muddogswin@hotmail.com
2002 Season should be a good one as the Muddogs will enter into the Rockland leauge.
If you would like to sponser the team for the up coming season please email us. The team would like to raise enough money to fly to Florida for a tourney. We also have shirts, helmet, pants, and a team banner to buy for this up coming season. Thank you for your support.
