Our office is based in the centre of Surbiton, just opposite Waitrose in Claremont Road.

We do not charge fees for the advice we give, instead we receive introduction fees and commissions from the lenders we introduce our clients to.

Our objective is to provide our clients with the best value mortgage which suits their needs and aspirations. To achieve this we take account of each borrowers circumstances and then search the market to identify the most suitable products from the numerous lenders offering mortgages in the UK.

Our Principal, Margaret Honey, has over 30 years experience of the UK mortgage market including more that 20 years as a Building Society Branch Manager.

Margaret is fully qualified to give mortgage advice having passed the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP^TM). The CeMAP^TM qualification is awarded by the Chartered Institute of Bankers and accredited by The Mortgage Code Compliance Board.

Additionally Margaret had previously passed the examinations set by the Chartered Insurance Institute and was awarded the Financial Planning Certificate.
