This well equipped six sleeper cottage has three bedrooms , two bathrooms one on suite and two lounges with superb vistas , and is in the quaint and peaceful rural village of Stanford. Just twenty minutes by road from Hermanus - the whale capital of South Africa and twenty minutes away in the opposite direction from Gansbaai - world renowned Great White Shark Territory, the village is surrounded by the Klein River mountain range, and lies on the tranquil banks of the Klein River which meanders peacefully through the village as it winds southwards into the Hermanus Lagoon .The town is a delight for "twitchers", fisherfolk , nature lovers, those who wish to experience the finest dining or those who wish to just get away from it all.Numerous Wine estates are in the area and for those looking for adventure the adrenilin pumplng great white shark diving cages are only twenty minutes away as are numerous deep sea fishing charters oppurtunities . Inland from the town are fine trout streams and dams and other freshwater species abound in the towns river - with sea water species rife in the lagoon. Rates are very reasonable and only those folk who enjoy and respect the finer values of peace and tranquility that the house and village have to offer will be considered.
